Basic but clean room. Good value. Onsite laundry is a nice bonus.

There was bugs inside the window, I couldn’t even open it, then we kept finding cockroach like bugs, crawling on the ceiling throughout the night. My child was scared to sleep because of the bugs.

I wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed in the “hotel” part of The Junction. Our first room upon check-in had not been cleaned, including unmade beds. Our second room had a dirty floor, including a dead bug, and the air conditioner was broken. You could also tell that at some point the door had been kicked in. The third room was acceptable. There were no amenities. Even the ice machine was broken. Weeds were growing throughout the parking lot and around the building. The owners should take more pride in their property.

Great location! No working ice machine or pool, lobby was locked so no coffee, and the pipe to the sink leaked.
-
The pool was closed, the hotel was not the greatest

5 minute drive to the train station. Enjoyed the Durango Silverton train tide.

Never leave behind anything in the room because they will say that they didn’t find anything when you know for certain that you left something there.

Property was poorly maintained room was dirty pool was closed river area had trash everywhere. Handicap parking area was terrible large cracks and very uneven. When I arrived, the clerk was in an altercation with man that later was arrested and trespassed from the property. When I went to check out after a two night stay I spoke to the clerk who was the same clerk that was being harassed she did apply a discount to my bill.

Don’t stay here. Bed was terrible, roaches in the bathroom. Shower was extremely loud.

The place is clean enough but could definitely use some updating. The mattress was AWFUL. Water was hot and pressure decent. The one staff I interacted with wasn’t exactly friendly, wasn’t exactly rude, just projected being bored or annoyed that she was there. Didn’t see any “free coffee.” The place is just a little hyped up on the website but what you get is a very basic, bland place to shower and sleep (but not well). Also, the pool is available “seasonally” but it was Fourth of July weekend and it was covered and inaccessible. If July isn’t prime pool season, I don’t know what is. The place is less expensive than most during this weekend, but they’re still charging way too much for what you get.

Great stay

Would return or recommend this facility.

Pool was not in service and ice machine was broken. Hot water did not work for the first day and a half. Otherwise what you’d expect

It was very comfortable, coffee was good. Fridge, microwave all were good. Shower was good. Overall nice one night stay

To be fair this is a very reasonably priced room. So in some ways you get what you paid for but the bathrooms are in pretty bad shape and the basic amenities like ice machines, etc are all broke. The office was not opened during the hours posted.

I wouldn’t want to stay longer than a night. There is a nice park behind the motel, easy access across a little bridge that crosses a creek for walking your dog so that was nice. The front desk woman was nice and helpful as well.

The guy at the front desk when we arrived was awesome! He was super friendly and had some great food recommendations for us. The lady on the other hand that worked the night shift was rude! We couldn’t get our tv to come on and also didn’t have a remote in the room either. They wouldn’t answer at the front desk phone so we could notify them of this so my husband had to go down there and tell them and then she acted like that he was lying about it. Also found black hair on our comforter, in the shower, on the sink and it was on the towels as well. The beds were awful too! You could feel the springs in them. When we got up the next morning to take showers we didn’t have any hot water at all. My husband had to go back down there and speak with the rude lady at the front desk and she stated that she would tell the guy who worked the day shift which was going to be three hours later. So when my husband headed back to the room he seen another gentleman that was staying there and asked him if he had hot water and he said it was an ongoing problem and it was an easy fix the day before. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here!

Todo estuvo bien solo que las sobre cama o cobijas olían mal

The property was clean enough. Advertised pool but was closed.

A pool was advertised as an amenity, but it was closed or under maintenance. Their pool should have been up and running since May and it was not functional when we went mid-June. We were very upset about this since its the middle of summer and there were many pictures of the pool. Their ice machine was also out.
