Enjoyed our stay
-
Two noisy and the room is not that clean
-
Television and microwave oven did not work.

If you need a place to stay for the night...it'll do. Not family friendly and the chemical smell of the room was so overpowering that we had to air out the room for an hour and it only helped a little. Didn't feel n completely safe as there looked to be a vagrant problem. Pool was out of service as well. Stayed there 12 years ago and it was amazing. Two different owners later and it has gone way downhill.

when we got to our room three hours after check-in time and the bedsheets were dirty and the bed was unmade like someone had just been sleeping in it. When we went to talk to the front desk about it, she said that it was our fault and that she would not be giving us a refund. Do not stay here.

The room was nothing like the photos used to advertise the hotel, and the reception lobby wasn't as pictured either. The room was outdated and unattractive, the pillows were very worn out, and the air conditioning did not keep the room cool enough. In addition, the receptionist was not friendly or welcoming. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and did not meet my expectations based on the hotel's advertising.

Pool was closed and we weren’t made aware of that until arriving.

This is my 3rd stay here. Near a pretty walking path 20 minutes to downtown. Great value. Lots of deer at the creek.

No iron in the room, very basic setup

The building was kind of old (est. 40+ years) and the A.C. unit was kind of noisy, but other than that everything was fine. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the check-in and check-outs were efficient.

You get what you pay for. Office often closed. A/C did not cool room. Make your own bed. Bunk beds shakey and ladder to top bunk hurts feet. My towel was dirty. If you just need a cheap bed for one might, it would be OK.

Our room was great. Front desk staff was helpful when there was someone there. Went to check in and office was closed. Had to wait an hour for someone to show up. Then when we went to check out we had to wait 30 mins for someone to show up. Was not impressed with the management of the property. Location was great for what our travel plans were.

The Junction was simple, clean, easy, and the right price.
-
Rude staff, the staff don’t have communication and when I try to make sure they solve the mistake they make the manager hang up on me twice.
-
Read all the bad reviews and take their word for it. STAFF definitely nice and try to be helpful.
-
Basic but clean room. Good value. Onsite laundry is a nice bonus.

There was bugs inside the window, I couldn’t even open it, then we kept finding cockroach like bugs, crawling on the ceiling throughout the night. My child was scared to sleep because of the bugs.

I wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed in the “hotel” part of The Junction. Our first room upon check-in had not been cleaned, including unmade beds. Our second room had a dirty floor, including a dead bug, and the air conditioner was broken. You could also tell that at some point the door had been kicked in. The third room was acceptable. There were no amenities. Even the ice machine was broken. Weeds were growing throughout the parking lot and around the building. The owners should take more pride in their property.

Great location! No working ice machine or pool, lobby was locked so no coffee, and the pipe to the sink leaked.
