Location is great, staff very nice, Sage restaurant just across the street. The room was clean, adequate, but bare bones. Price was very good.

No kitchen

Charged us for the hotel stay one day early, before we even arrived, and when we called about it, the front desk was rude and angry at us, even though no hotel we've EVER stayed at charges a day early, she acted like it was completely normal. WORST ROOM I'VE EVER STAYED IN. A shoebox, with no room to move, the bed took up all the space in the room. PAY TE EXTRA MONEY TO STAY ELSEWHERE. It's not worth it, trust me. We left a day early because it was unbearable.

Location was good. The shower head did not work properly. Needs to replaced.

Noting Everything , was dirty, old, holes of the wall, the restroom was dirty, the remote control doesn’t work, no complementary shampoo and coffee. The towels didn’t look clean….. etc.

Not worth the $125/night I spent. I didnt feel comfortable sitting on the bed's comforter or sleeping in the sheets. I bought my own and slept on /in them. Front desk staff could have been a lot nicer. Houskeeping staff was outstanding and kind. The bathroom faucet kept falling off. The shower tub exterior was molding. The toilet seat needs to be repaired and replaced. I did love my full sized refridgerator. It had dishes. No sponge, cloths or paper towels. The A/C was really good, but very loud. Parking was cramped and full of large construction trucks

Good room and clean. All was good

Stayed in Durango for the night on the way from California to Colorado Springs. Older motel but in clean condition. The room had a small frig in it, desk, tv and a decent bed. It was great for a one night stay for the price. Ask for rooms towards the back as the front street is really busy. The front attendant was very helpful and nice. If you are looking for a high end room, this is not the place for you.

In need of repairs and renovations And a good clean up

Fan in B/R loud Bed was Hard Pillows were flat

Clean, comfortable, updated bed spread, walkable to restaurants, courteous friendly helpful front desk folks, well functioning AC This is an older property with older furnishings. More need to be replaced and up dated. The room is very small. The shower head is missing its interior.

Stained bed sheets. Broken furniture. Cheapest place in Durango and there is a reason why.

Our front desk attendant was great and helpful. Nothing

The location was decent. The room was dirty, floor was creaky and was coming up in sections, the bathroom was dirty and floor tiles were cracked. No blow dryers or coffee, and no free ice even.
-
It’s in Durango by downtown. Trolleys schedule ends too early. No continental breakfast or coffee or ice containers. I charge for ice when it’s usu free at other hotels.

I saw the accommodation and met the check in clerk. He confirmed I was not charged for the night. I canceled. Everything and everybody looked unkempt. Terrible smell
-
The room was not acceptable. The pillows under the pillowcase were nasty. Old bedding. No hair dryer, shampoo etc. Nice lady at the front desk. Would give it 1/2 star. Left without staying there.

Noisy, next room tv loud all night.

Clean room, assigned parking

From the moment we walked into the room, everything felt and smelled uncleaned. Strange substances on the walls, hairs in the sheets, floor corners completely rotted away, towels completely different shades of white (clean), and an air conditioner held in with cardboard. There were more, but those stand out.
