Room 118 bed by the window has BEDBUGS!! Over 20 bites!! Trip Advisory will have photos!! Hand swollen so bad that it was hard to ride the motorcycle after!! Face has the breakfast, lunch and dinner bites!! Leg is the worst with 11 bites in one spot!! Bites on the back too! Bedbugs lay eggs after they have feasted on humans, so there are hundreds or maybe thousands of eggs being laid right now in that room!! Floor was dirty, feet were dirty after walking on the floor. Shower only had scorching hot, or cold, nothing in between. My bath towel looked like someone cleaned their bike with it and then pissed on it. This place was the cheapest I could find, but, it was still over $200 CAD. That’s a lot of money when you’re travelling. Never again!! My advise is to spend the extra money on a nice clean hotel and save yourself days and days of pain and itch from BEDBUGS!! The room smelled very unpleasant as well.

The property was a little outdated, but kept pretty tidy. The staff was kind and helpful, beds were comfortable.

Great communication

As the name implies this is a budget motel. It met my expectations given the price point. The location is close to downtown and access to the Durango trolley is less than a block away. The staff is great.

Bed was very hard. Room was very small. Air conditioner was very loud.

Room was a nightmare at best. It was clean, but the microwave didn’t have a plate inside, told front desk and was told have one soon, no never happened. Bed was completely worn out. Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. A/C didn’t work well at all. Complain to front desk twice told it was working fine, it wasn’t. 80 degrees in the room at all times. Colder outside than in the room. Would NOT RECOMMEND this motel at any time. Better off sleeping in a tent for what they offer. Can’t be bothered to help you in anyway. Holes in floor, bathroom from early repairs. This place is a nightmare avoid at all cost!

The room smelled like a dog and the ac could not keep up. The front desk was of no help and room service just barged in.

The white pillow cover were stained also the bed cover,towel are old,shower nonstop dripping and one of the lamps didn't work

It is an old motel, but the rooms were clean and beds and pillows comfortable. There’s a mini fridge and microwave, so all I needed especially for the price. Both times traveling through the staff was helpful and fixed an issue for me.

We will stay again if in the neighborhood.

You booked me for the wrong motel. You booked me in Durango Mexico, I wanted to stay in Durango Colorado. How do I get my money back that you booked me in the wrong country city and state. I am very disappointed. We had to find another hotel and it was absolutely deplorable everything was full I want a refund

Location is great, staff very nice, Sage restaurant just across the street. The room was clean, adequate, but bare bones. Price was very good.

No kitchen

Charged us for the hotel stay one day early, before we even arrived, and when we called about it, the front desk was rude and angry at us, even though no hotel we've EVER stayed at charges a day early, she acted like it was completely normal. WORST ROOM I'VE EVER STAYED IN. A shoebox, with no room to move, the bed took up all the space in the room. PAY TE EXTRA MONEY TO STAY ELSEWHERE. It's not worth it, trust me. We left a day early because it was unbearable.

Not worth the $125/night I spent. I didnt feel comfortable sitting on the bed's comforter or sleeping in the sheets. I bought my own and slept on /in them. Front desk staff could have been a lot nicer. Houskeeping staff was outstanding and kind. The bathroom faucet kept falling off. The shower tub exterior was molding. The toilet seat needs to be repaired and replaced. I did love my full sized refridgerator. It had dishes. No sponge, cloths or paper towels. The A/C was really good, but very loud. Parking was cramped and full of large construction trucks

Stayed in Durango for the night on the way from California to Colorado Springs. Older motel but in clean condition. The room had a small frig in it, desk, tv and a decent bed. It was great for a one night stay for the price. Ask for rooms towards the back as the front street is really busy. The front attendant was very helpful and nice. If you are looking for a high end room, this is not the place for you.
