Comfortable beds and in a great location, close to many great restaurants and coffee shops

Very organized and maintained. Good people working there and managing it. Good renters everyone around us was cool. Durango is nice to visit and neat city to explore A little drive to downtown but that was a good thing too. Wish it was cheaper we would have stayed another day or two. But was worth it compared to other more uppity ones I’ve stayed at

Our stay at Rooms in Spello was truly unforgettable. Leonardo and his wife are the kind of hosts who make you feel like you’ve arrived somewhere special from the very first moment. They were warm, gracious, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming, and their hospitality added so much to our experience in Spello. The room was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying everything this magical little town has to offer. Spello was already a place we fell in love with, but Leonardo and his wife made it feel even more personal. Some places you remember because they are beautiful, and others you remember because of the people. Rooms in Spello gave us both. Thank you for making our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and a little piece of Spello in our hearts. We would return in a heartbeat. ❤️ It was perfect!!! Nothing not to like.

I have stayed here a few times and it’s a good place. I am confused however about their checkin process. I was sent a text asking to put in info prior to my stay but upon arrival I had to stand in line waiting for a large party check in 1 by 1 and my wait was 20+ min. After a long drive, I was tired and this process was a lot. The rooms are well maintained but the shower needs re-caulking as it looks dirty

Was in town for a few nights to ride the train to Silverton. Found this place only a few miles from the station. Check-in was super easy and room was clean. Only complaint was I heard more noise from surrounding rooms but it was no excessive.

Nicely updated Inn with microwave and small fridge with freezer in room. Needs a little TLC in rooms as bathroom was not remodeled and tub needed a good cleaning. On busy road, but could not hear road noise with air conditioning running. First room we were assigned the air conditioner was not working, so staff quickly moved us to another room for our stay. Good location in north side of Durango.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room. Appreciated having table and chairs, mini fridge and microwave, coffee machine in room. Bed was comfy but creaky. Bathroom was dated; shower needed re caulking, lighting was VERY bright in bathroom, good for shaving but not for a midnight toilet break…AC was old fashion and NOISY. TV was wall mounted, electrical cables showing, and car rails outside of room were gray and easy to trip over.

Rooms were so cute. They re dis this old motel so well! Staff was super friendly.

The room was amazing and when there was a booking mess up on my end the staff made it work and was able to figure it out

Overall, we had a good stay! The room was clean and comfortable, although there were a few areas that could have used a little more attention. Nothing major or enough to negatively impact our stay. The staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and everything went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
