Great staff, clean and roomy, comfy bed. Great place to stay on our motorcycle ride. Highly recommend this stay.

If you are looking for a nostalgic roadside motel, this is the place.

The caboose is a nice little 60s hotel. It has been completely updated and has a fridge and coffee maker. The rooms aew small checkin was slow

Cute, clean and well-priced.

I loved the old west interior circa 50s early 60s.

It looked neat from the outside and the location was convenient. There were bugs on the ceiling. The staff did not respond when I tried to reach them about it. There were dirt, dust bunnies, and food particles in the corners. The air conditioning was off on a 95 degree day. It took all night to cool the room down. We had to sleep on top of the blankets.

Just what I was looking for!! Comfortable motel with a refrigerator/freezer, and sink. Easy check-in. On the budget side and older facility, but good value! Would absolutely stay again. Older facility and in-window air conditioner. These AC units are always loud. Not so much a negative as would prefer better a/c/

Bed needs replaced Didn't like Durango Colorado

Clean, staff responses to inquiries were immediate.

Ally provided not even soap. Just sleep and leave next day

Are you looking for a dog-friendly place to stay in Durango? This little motel was great, especially for our dog. The room is charming-lots of effort to add Western personality. A hardwood section where you can feed your pet with little mess. Best of all - a fenced in grassy area with a gazebo filled with games and 2 sitting areas for pet parents to wait while pup does his business! These hosts are serious about being pet friendly! We'll return! Nothing.

Somehow didn't have my reservation from Booking.com. However, had a room available and allowed my 3 day stay. Somehow didn't have my reservation from Booking.com. However, had a room available and allowed my 3 day stay.

Clean, comfortable. Some of the interior decor could stand a refresh but everything worked properly.

The lobby has beer decorations and the owner was very nice. Room was clean and everything worked in there. Yeah there was some small stuff with drywall a Karen could complain about but it didn’t bother us. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very old nice not badly maintained. Staff was not very friendly. He would answer questions at a bar minimum. Door would not shut unless it was slammed and let in lots of light around the door.
-
We didn’t know there was breakfast. I didn’t like the fact that there were a lot of little black bugs, especially in the bathroom and by the front door.
-
The beds were a little small and the bedding seemed pretty old and worn.

The people that work there are very friendly. I needed a few things and the maid went out of her way to help me. The toilet was very loose. It wobbled when on it. I wasn't sure it was going to stay mounted when you got up. The shower was very small. It had alot of cracks and holes in it. The refrigerator froze my insulin. The TV kept losing the signal. It would go in and out periodically.
