Room was not clean they only had cereal for breakfast.

The first day we arrived at 8:00pm. The beds had soiled linens and a lot of pet hair on the bedspreads. The toilet had not been cleaned and the person before us may have been sick, so I'll leave out the rest of those details. I let the staff know and they took care of it promptly after being notified. They said they would provide some compensation, but that did not happened. The manager was not available when we checked out and so I was not able to followup with why the compensation had not been issued. As of today, the manager has not called me to followup on this matter.

Plenty of parking Close drive to downtown Bed was comfy Sound proofing internally from upstairs guest was not so good. Hard feet across the floor. And shared plumbing was noisy. Having a pet I was put on first floor but I would have preferred a higher floor.

It is close to the hot springs and close to the town center. It was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked almost everything about this hotel from its location to the clean room to the breakfast. The staff was great and parking was easy.

Continently located for us as we rode in for the Four Corners Rally. Everything we needed was right there. We will definitely stay again.

Not entirely bothersome, but the duvets were scratchy. Though I think that's just personal preference not something that needs to be changed.

The lobby had a foul odor as did the room. Not like other Hampton inns I've stayed at.

The absolute best ADA room and bathroom we've ever stayed in. Most get close. This was awesome. Breakfast was great also.
