Room was moved twice due to infestation of box beetles. The staff suggested using their hand held vacuum. I had an additional room for my son still had the infestation. Literally killed 30 bugs the first night. The hotel should have been closed. Not kewl. Not free and no discussion of full or partial refund.

Both rooms we were in had bugs in them. Apparently they were having a box elder bug issue. One room was significantly worse than the other one. When we went down to the front desk to see if we could switch the one room, they said nope and handed us a handheld vacuum we could use to suck up the bugs. There were easily a hundred bugs between both rooms. When we found bugs in one of the beds and went down to the front desk, we were told the hotel was full and they could not move either room elsewhere. When we asked to talk to a manager the next morning, as instructed by the night front desk staff, the woman at the front desk told us we could not speak to the manager and they would not be issuing any sort of refund because “they cannot control Mother Nature”. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Again, do not stay here!

Sink drain was slow, but other than that, everything was excellent. Great room (2 bds & a pullout sofa), good bathroom/shower, good breakfast, good parking, great front desk staff. We only stayed one night.
