Baymont by Wyndham Durango

I have photos - paint splattered everywhere - dirty mattress corners, hair in the tub - every wall and fixture beat up. Ac sounded like a freight train. Someone’s shampoo left in the shower. For ~ $200 a night - unacceptable. Do not book here!

There were bugs and office staff refused to give me a refund even though I did not stay at the hotel. Expedia also refused to help me refund my money back.

This hotel is poorly maintained. There was mold and stains in the bathroom.

Pool was nice and we arrived late and they were helpful

The room had dirt and hair on the walls and floor, not to mention what looked like blood on the lamp shade. The pool and hot tub were both under construction even though I was never notified and was one of the reasons for booking this property. I expressed my concerns with the front desk and they seemed not to care. I got a partial refund but they would not give me any further information on who I could contact to get a full refund, since I literally unpacked my car and theb turned around and packed it back up. The pictures displayed were nothing like the real experience and it almost ruined my girlfriends 30th birthday. 0/10 dont go there!!

The room was dirty, the shower/tub would not drain after showering, and there were gaps underneath the door to the room. Overall, not a pleasant experience. If you are considering this hotel, I would recommend somewhere else.

Property was so dirty, the rooms were so badly remodeled and the smell of mole. Pool didn’t work and the price was too high for this low of quality of service & stay. The hotel gave us a very disappointing and disgusting room. Pictures in this hotel’s advertising is false.

Linens all had stains and burn holes. Floors were dirty. Staff was however accommodating to late checkout.

This hotel was awful. The girl at check in was nice but that is where the good ends. We booked because the pool looked super cool and wanted our girls to be able to swim on their last night of our road trip but the pool and hot tub were both empty and broken. The room didn’t look too terrible at first but the more you looked the worse it got. There was dirt and grime in every corner - especially the bathroom. There were dirty fingerprints and handprints all over the walls and doors. There was dirt/mold in the ice bin. There was a light out in the bathroom and there were cobwebs on the light fixture above the sink. We all took showers before bed and had to wash the bottoms of our feet before leaving because the tile floor was so dirty our feet were black. We wouldn’t have stayed, except we checked in and went to dinner before checking the room because it was getting later and we had driven all day. By the time we got back and saw the room we were too tired and the girls needed to sleep. I’m so incredibly disappointed and utterly disgusted by this hotel. I hope this review encourages someone else to find a better hotel.

The pool was empty and not usable this should have been noted online

The property is centrally located and access is easy Property maintenance is average, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The pool and the hot tub were closed which was disappointing. The air conditioning worked well but was loud, the controls were at the shin level.. Overall, I'd say this is a 3.5 to 4.0 property.

Staff was accommodating & managed our stay well.

The staff are nice, but the the rooms are rundown and at the breakfast the eggs were too dryed and over cooked.

Good water pressure. Furniture had a coat of oil on it.

JACUZZI & POOL WERE NOT WORKING!

This Baymont really needs to make sure that it meets Baymong standards because this facility was below our expectations. The water took a very long time to get hot- which is quite wasteful. We could not get the air conditioner to work properly and thd refrigerator froze our good. We travel quite a bit and line staying at Beaumont’s. Gnus was not a good place abd we will not stay at this Baymont in the future. The receptionist was very nice and did her best to be helpful.

The rooms were dirty, we had two and they were both equally as dirty. Do not believe the pictures you see, they had to be photoshopped. I have a policy that we don’t stay in hotels that have outside doors, no picture showed that they are. We felt so unsafe and it was not just because of the doors on the outside, it is one a family would want not to stay in. We didn’t stay 2 minutes and left, thankfully there was another hotel that had rooms.

Room looked good on entrance into the room. Little did we know what was awaiting us; broken light switch that you could have stuck your finger in the wiring, missing tiles in bathroom, tore valance, bottle of beer and trash in closet and if you want warm water turn it on way before you want to use it! Pool and hot tub in need of repair not able to use. Laundry out of order. Ice machine locked up after 8p.m. Staff showed no concern when I showed the pictures of the room and had not rooms to move us to. If things are under construction or need repair be upfront with it so Travelers can make their decision based on the facts. The next morning the breakfast was not good hot food cold and cold food hot. I would not stay here Agian even if the name Wyndham is in the name! Good luck if you choose this facility!!!🙁

I would NOT recommend this Motel especially for the price!
