Clean room, all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, simple but decent breakfast
-
Old and worn out everything, but the beds are way past worn out... to the point that you can't avoid springs poking you everywhere. DEFINITELY NOT DOG FRIENDLY, unless you don't mind Fido having a filthy poop-filled patch of dirt to do his business in. Helpful and kind employees who probably would prefer to work elsewhere. Sweet Wife was not pleased about my choice of motels :)

Most of the office staff were not all that friendly. Very abrupt.
-
The property is in sub standard/ poor condition. Stirs to second floor uneven causing trip hazard. There was mold on the caulk in the shower tub. The AC system is antiquated, but actually worked, albeit noisy. Unfortunately can’t think of anything good to say about this hotel.

overpriced , old building, limited amenities, namesake breakfast
-
Staff was extremely friendly when we arrived at 11:30 pm. The rooms were clean and quiet.
-
Breakfast was very limited, no bread or bagel. There was coffee, cereals, yogurt, muffins small and loaded with calories, orange Juice waffle that you have to prepare yourself. The breakfast room 6 tables, but outdoors seating was available. Parking was next to the room.
-
The location was good, the staff was excellent, the beds were decent, but the pillows were horrendous! Breakfast was okay. Not much of a selection, but adequate.
-
The room is a bit dated but nice for being on a budget. Close to downtown and trailheads.

Good experience

Great staff and solid value. Flashback to 70s Some protein at breakfast would nudge higher.
-
It was a great place to stay for a quick getaway to Durango!
-
Clean room, clean bed, and that's basically it. Parking is tight and it's difficult to get back onto the main road. The breakfast is just cereal, coffee, and waffles. If you just need to place to crash, this is your best option based on price and cleanliness.
-
It’s a continental breakfast, they didn’t offered hard eggs the days we stayed there. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
-
Super friendly and super helpful!
-
This property needs considerable added maintenance.
-
We had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!
-
It was adequate. Price is high for what you get, but every motel in Durango is pricey. The breakfast was pretty minimal. We ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast. It was clean, and well-maintained. The staff was excellent. I had a problem with my tv, and the manager came and fixed it right away. He was very helpful. Overall I give 8 out of 10 stars.
