Loved the homemade pastries and coffee for breakfast. The yogurt, fruit and granola were appreciated as well. Delicious and enough to get us going in the morning. The complimentary glass of wine or beer was also a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - you can walk anywhere downtown. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was a little small and the building had some of the downsides of an older building. Still, it is charming.

Quaint room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, delicious food

We stayed in room 206. You could put a can by the ac unit, and it would roll all the way across the room to the door. Other than thinking I had vertigo, it was an awesome experience.

Staff were exceptional. Loved the bar area. Beds were very comfortable and room was well stocked. Easy walking to restaurants and river. Would definitely stay here again.

Eli was amazing at getting us settled and situated in Durango. The town is very walkable and hotel is very centrally located. I love the morning coffee, fruit and pastry spread. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud! So comfy.

Staying at the Rochester was a highlight of our trip. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, the accommodations are comfortable, clean, and conveniently located a block from downtown Durango. The outdoor garden space was our favorite shady hangout spot to sip on the delicious cocktails and mocktails from the bar.

Great location, great staff (Regan was the best!), great garden to relax and have drink or bar snacks, and happy to have continental breakfasts, welcome drink, and free overnight parking There’s nothing to dislike!

Great stay, excellent location and friendly staff. We highly recommend!

The location is fun and the staff are great. The rooms don’t have more ch insulation, so it was really noisy. There was corporate party in the courtyard, so the place was incredibly crowded rather than the quiet, small place it is advertised as. Outrageously expensive for what it turned out to be.
