Car was broken into along w/ 7 others, so be mindful that the lot isn’t secure. Also a lot of fruit flies and some other bugs in the room (mainly the flies) but nothing else was an issue.

This hotel doubles as a shelter. I think hotels should be required to visibly post that disclaimer on their website. Absolutely no fills here! The property is dated. There were substances splattered on the bathroom walls and above the bed. Furniture is scratched. Room smelled stale and like smoke. Housekeeping services your room once weekly. So relieved we had a short stay. I would not stay here ever again or recommend.

The location to shopping and restaurants were excellent and very easy to get to. The neighborhood was fairly safe and quiet. Only concern was linens were changed for 7 days stay or longer but guests could request towels by taking the used ones to the front desk. Would stay there , again. Overall, I’d rate it a B+.

Every room has a kitchenette no matter which room you book. The ice makers in the freezer doesn’t make enough ice dor you to use so you may want to bring some or get a bag from chick fil a which is across the street

A lot of smoking around the property. The whole place looks ghetto.

A. Beautiful place to stay, clean room, ample parking, a well equipped kitchen for those who want to cook. I would stay here again if l ever visit NC!

The room was affordable and the staff was excellent. The room was clean but not exactly spotless, and had a bit of a musty smell. The ac unit was also very loud and had a shrill squeaky noise when it turned on and woke me up several times in the night, but overall I was not dissatisfied with the stay. We arrived very late in the night/early morning and still received excellent and attentive service at the front desk. We only stayed one night so I am sure than any issues that I had could have been addressed if I brought them to the staffs attention if he has stayed longer. Checkout was quick and easy, and once again the front desk staff was friendly and attentive.

Now for the room. The place is dirty. The parking lot is dirty. Didn’t take my shoes off because the floor was so dirty. There was a cockroach in the shower. The cushions had so many stains on them that I had to get a sheet and cover the sofa. Not a clean place. Went to get a cup of coffee, although free, they did t have any cream for the coffee. Desk employee told me they were ordered two days ago. Not a big deal but if you offer coffee, creamer should be available. Garbage company picked up the containers at 4am. Sounded like they were dropping them from 100’. This went on for about 20 minutes. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Clean, comfortable Parking, had to park at the opposite end of the parking lot and my husband has to use a cane to walk. No cart available to transport our luggage. Strong Marijuana smell everywhere

Staff is amazing

I like the lay out of the kitchen area, nice weight room and hardwood floors. One of the pillows felt a little rough, like something was sticking out like a feather.

Perfect for longer stay

The place was very nice and clean I liked it.

The staff was courteous and the rooms are spacious.
