Horrible should not be on travel sites Dangerous and unsafe

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area outside was concerning and there was trash all around our car and the parking lot in the morning.

The main kitchen by is clean and guest services was great The drug heads in the rooms in the front of building run down cars in the front of building

N/A Drug attics in parking lot reported overdose vomit all over parking lot sex workers in lobby looking for customers

Location rooms in ground floor were filled with smoke

Seemed to be a high volume of homeless people around leaving trash

Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free.

This place was awful! It is not well kept. The rooms were not clean. Will not ever stay there again!

Room was clean and functional. Handy location. Smoke smelling hallway. Sketchy clientele; appeared to be housing indigents, many of whom weee smokers. No one at desk to check in at 5:30 pm for 20’

Room was okay for a very short stay. Building not so clean. Would not eat the breakfast.

My room had a damaged door. It did not seal completely. There were stands on my floor and the staff was extremely rude. Whenever I tried to make them aware of it before I left. It’s also a disappointing that they feel that they can take $100 per room for damages. Meanwhile, the rooms are already damaged and they don’t take that money and repair the hotel. Room was spotless. Crispy sheets. White and clean . Very polite staff. Amazing breakfast. Easy check in.

Kinda small

The property is in a great location for where we were going to visit Family . The breakfast was good. The service was great. The hotel it’s itself needs some severe upgrades the beds need new mattresses the rooms need painted and redone. They all need new carpet. They need phones in the room and they need to maintain them.

Bed sheets and covers had hair& burn holes. Seen one too many bugs in room.
