When arrived late at like 1130 pm…a person staying at the hotel was blaring music not having any respect for guest around him. We go inside our room and see a roach on a wall. We go back to the front desk telling him this so he puts us in a different room. Initial check we didn’t see any bugs. Wake up the next morning, seen a roach in the bathroom…woke ip from a nap to find one on my pillow. It also appeared that they didn’t replenish stuff from previous guest as there was only one washcloth for the 2 of us.

When I drove onto the property and seen broken down cars in the parking I should’ve known it was going to be a mess but I gave it a chance. I checked in at 3:50pm, the room looked like the pictures but after 15 minutes I seen roaches so I called the front desk and they gave me a new room on the other side of the property. By 4:30pm I’m in the new room watching tv. I get up to use the restroom and there was 2 roaches in the floor. I went back to the front desk and he offered to give me another room. I told him it’s just 5:15pm and I’ve already switched rooms because of roaches. I just want a refund and I will go somewhere else. I went to the red roof inn down the street checked in there and called hotels.com to tell them about my situation. Econo lodge never checked me out and had me listed as a guest hours later. Once they verified I had checked out they processed my refund to return within 5 business days.

Everything was amazing

For the price I'm not surprised! People were loitering outside about 4 o'clock in the morning which is when I checked in! Rooms were clean but roaches were coming from out of nowhere! Control the roaches and loitering and that would be a great spot to return!
