Nice staff and attentive

Also at check- in the receptionist gave me no parking passes. Subsequently I was told by the second receptionist that same evening that I was on the verge of getting my car towed because the check-in receptionist gave me no passes for parking.

It was a bigger room then expected. Could use updating, but great for price!

I appreciate the overnight security stopping vandals from continuing to steal items from our vehicle that they broke in to..

The hotel was dirty, there was black stains and dirt all in the bathtub, there were someone's left over fake eyelashes in my coffee tray, the pool was filthy not cleaned green all on the bottom and way overloaded with chlorine, and there were drug addicts/homeless people lined all around the perimeter of the hotel my children were scared for their life. I would have rather slept on the floor.

So my wife and I and our 18 yr old sp.needs son and our 5 year old grandson stayed at this property. There were people outside dealing and smoking drugs and the staff was notified...nothing was done.the breakfast was subpar,no fruit the cereal was taken awy and they didnot have a variety. The eggs had about a quarter inch of water in it.it was just terrible.

Very much in need of renovation. Carpet full of burns. Everything smelled of smoke. Clock was broke. Lamb didn’t work. I stay at Wyndham often and usually very satisfied, but this location was not as advertised.

The check in staff was very friendly and helpful! Though my stay was short, it was very pleasant!

Biggest issue was guests walking through hotel smoking marijuana and front desk staff also smoking marijuana but had a nice candle lit. Cigarette butts on swimming tables. Same breakfast for three days straight. Property needs an upgrade.

The lobby had no air conditioning, was dimly lit, and had a strange odor. The paint throughout the lobby and hallways was worn, making the hotel feel tired and dingy. The hotel was very busy due to canceled flights, but the front desk experience was mixed. The gentleman working the desk was kind, helpful, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the woman checking guests in was rude and dismissive toward guests who had legitimate questions and concerns. Kept complaining that people had been checking in and she's been busy since 9 PM. My first room smelled strongly of marijuana. To the hotel's credit, I was moved immediately without hesitation. The second room had a stale odor, cracked or missing lampshades, snags in the sheets, dirty and loose carpet, ceiling patches, and poorly touched-up paint on the walls and trim. The hallway carpet was also loose, making it difficult to roll luggage. The breakfast area was clean, and the hotel displayed signs stating it scored in the high 95% range for cleanliness. Based on the condition of the lobby, hallways, and both rooms I experienced, that rating did not reflect what I observed during my stay. While I appreciated the helpful front desk employee, the property needs significant updating and better attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

You charged me. I wasn't to pay but at the property. Please return my money. When I called you claimed you had nothing to do with that. Then why are you asking for a review. All i need is my refund.

Pretty worn out property. Really gross black stains on the mattress protector. Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. Lots of drunk people wandering around at 2 AM (to be fair, it was 4th of July). The property is surrounded by woods that are full of trash and broken glass everywhere you stepped. Was difficult to even find a spot for our dog to do his business. Right next to the railroad tracks where there were always a few homeless zombies wandering around. But hey, no bed bugs!

I’d really like to give a good review simply because the staff was great. Every person we encountered was kind and helpful. That, unfortunately was the only positive. The hotel is very rundown and needs to be completely renovated. The lobby and elevator smells, the carpet is gross, a live roach ran across the floor the second we opened the door to our room. (I will say that was the only live bug we saw during the stay, but still, not a good first impression.) Only had housekeeping once for a whole week stay, despite several requests. I’m pretty sure there’s mold in the room we stayed in, as it was so humid even with the AC on full blast.

The outside if the building needs to be redone and so does the rooms. Granted the inside was clean but the bathroom did have some mold
