King suite with lake view was awesome!! Staff was great upon arrival, and room was very clean. Nothing negative at all.

Very cozy and clean hotel. Indoor/Outdoor pool is great. Restaurant in the hotel is very convenient.Rooms are clean and nice size. We always get lake view, its beautiful!!

The property was amazing and beautiful. The beds. They were awful. My bed was sleeping on bricks, my sisters bed was like sleeping on a spring poking into your back, and the pull out sofa my son said it wasn’t best.

Love the pond in the back and walking trail.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything from the welcome to the room itself was perfect. The staff were lovely and gave our group cookies on arrival. Lots of local food places, including a 24 hour waffle house which is great for a late night munch. I would 10000% suggest this hotel!

The staff was available to assist with any concerns. (Very friendly as well.) One situation with the bathtub / shower that had to be addressed. They handled it immediately and waited for me to give approval before they left.

It was clean and the location was easy to get in and out of. I am a tea drinker and the room could have been stocked with tea bags

The In House Prices Is Way Different Than The 1800 Number I Was Told The Buffet For Breakfast Was 12.95 For Adult Kids Free But When You Actually Go Down There It’s 16.95 For Adults 9.95 For Each Kid. The House Keepers Failed To Empty Trash In The Room Or Clean The Tub Properly

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I loved the hotel. The only inconvenience was that there was not an ice machine on every floor.

There were plenty of activities for young and old. It is truly a one of a kind venue.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Close to downtown, without being in a high-traffic area. Good amenities. Every staff member we encountered over the weekend had a pleasant and helpful attitude. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our Experience was ok. Check-in was the worst part. We arrived around 4pm and our room wasn't ready due to lack of staff. Everybody was friendly. The room was clean but had an odd odor, but not bad enough to complain. To be expected when different people have slept in the same room.
