Excellent staff no wonder why they have been employed at the same location for so long. I'm sure they're well taken care of because I do such a great job taken care of us.

Over all everything was good. The only thing is breakfast too expensive and not good

Front desk check-in was wonderful There was a smell in the corridor on the floor I stayed on. Something possibly in the carpet

The room, bed and bathroom was clean! The hotel had all the comfortable amenities (restaurant, pool, outside and inside sitting areas) if you don't want to leave.

Christin at the front desk was beyond exceptional in accommodating early arrival She was professional caring and attentive

The property was beautiful , the room was spacious, our kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools ,as well as the amazing lake right there that the property graciously will let you use the paddleboat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for letting us stay.And the cookies were the BEST.

Very nice maintained property

The main bed was comfortable with great pillows, blankets etc. The pull out sofa bed was unfortunately, not at all helpful. It was incredibly stiff, uneven, and just comfortable, as well as very noisy with every move made. Eventually the kids just came to the king bed and slept with us. Over all its a great place, but I wouldn't count on anyone accompanying you getting any rest on the pull out sofa.

My room was clean with a beautiful view of the pool and pond. The staff was very friendly and helpful and of course I can't forget the delicious cookies.

Everything was great

Very clean and spacious rooms the staff we’re amazing There was no option to pay with Tap or cash which limited me to ways I could split payments with my guest and the overall ease of making a payment. I do believe this is something you should know before arriving that the hotel doesn’t take tap
