Suburban Studios Durham-Raleigh

Exceptional

It was close to food spots Snell of the room and a few knats

Good

It was a great location to my job and to get something to eat Had a couple of roaches in my room. Slept with the lights on

Superb

That i had a room with a bed The bugs & the left over debris from work that was going on.

The bathroom door handle came off, microwave didn't work and I reported to the front desk and nothing was done about it. All of that and I wasn't refunded yet from a previous cancellation.

Check in always an wait and always getting an room without remote or microwave, trash can j had to go buy my own remote

Bad

The manager was excellent and helping me through everything. I definitely recommend this place.

here in the middle of upgrading the rooms here... So mine did not have burners in the stove and there were some things that needed to be updated... The walls may be needed to be paintesd, etc. however, there hardwood floors which I enjoy the bedding and other items offered such as the towels and linens were clean and fresh. The staff is easy to communicate with and you can get some great deas to extend your stay;

Terrible muy poco comprensible

Worst hotel I ever been in and it has roaches

The worst hotel I ever been in it has roaches and the stove don’t work

Dirty room, cockroaches in the bathroom, little to no maintenance, lots of noise at night, and no support from hotel staff

Proceed with caution. It’s half apartments so people are living and hanging out there. Was a little scary

Everything about this hotel is horrible from the roaches and nats in the room to the front desk and maintenance staff lying on my name
