The room was pretty standard but very clean and comfortable. But the property itself is really lovely! It's a beautiful hotel with a great feel - even nicer than I expected from the pictures. I wish we had had more than one day to stay there!

Very dated and not kept up. Looks good from outside but inside not so much. Will not stay there again.

A major hazard to my health

We visited from San Diego and let me just say, this hotel is absolutely beautiful. The kids had the best time in the pool. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great as well. One of the staff members that stood out to me was Sanaa. She was so pleasant, welcoming, helpful and showed exemplary customer service skills. Your hotel is lucky to have an employee like Sanaa!

Beautiful and calming atmosphere. Staff was perfect.

Very nice common areas like the lobby, bar, outdoor patio and porches. The front desk staff were very friendly and responsive. The bartender was very good even during very busy times. The hotel is basically very well appointed. We stayed two nights and were out of the room from 12:30pm to 4:00pm and housekeeping didn't come to our room until 6:00pm so I had to call down for towels and new coffee and cups for the next day. They were delivered in a timely manner. We didn't need full cleaning services, but we did need towels and things to dress for dinner. The were several dust bunnies in the room above the windows and the room didn't like it had been dusted in a while. Otherwise, it was very clean in the bathroom/shower.

Staff was friendly and the property was well maintained, quiet and clean.

The pool was excellent & greatly needed r/t weather. My family(son’s family/grands)moved to Durham few years ago so have traveled to from Michigan. Haven’t had much luck with hotels. This place is very nice. In fact my brothers came down to visit & got rooms here. They thought they were at wrong place cuz was too nice. Will def stay again.

After some time trying to figure out why the TV wasn't working, turned out he power strip to the TV setup was unplugged upon arrival.
