The entire stay went without any issues. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and overall very good.

We had an odd experience when we checked in he sounded very robotic and then we found out we had to pay $10.00 for parking in the hotel parking lot which was subtracted from a $25.00 deposit why?? Once again big corporations, Hilton who owns Hampton Inn, taking our money any which way they can. There is no longer any customer service. Everything was okay our check in process to the room which was an odd configuration that had an open closet inside the bathroom which also made it very difficult for two people to be in the bathroom at the same time. Whoever designed this really did not think it through or once again they are trying to make as much as they can since that is all it is about now. Profits over people. Would I recommend it? If there are no other decent places in the area to stay then yes I would.

Great stay and experience!

Clean and new. Lovely amenities. Great buffet breakfast. Love the coffee, hot chocolate, and tea that’s always available. And the afternoon cookies. Nice gym. Even the water bottle refill fountain was thoughtfully included. Highly recommend.

I check out at 8:00 AM on July 14, 2026. The stay and the accommodations were grate however this was the first time that I was charged for parking.

I love staying here, especially when traveling by myself I feel very safe!

A very nice stay! Staff was warm and friendly at check in, breakfast was awesome with plenty to choose from, hot and plentiful. The gym was very clean with lots of options also good sized. The room was spotless with comfy beds and the evening warm cookies in the lobby topped it all off. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you’re visiting Duke medical center.

The hotel is very clean and maintained, the breakfast was awesome but they will charge you $25 night for parking which is crazy, I understand if its in the middle of the city with limited parking but this is not the case here

This location is beautiful, the upgrades on the rooms look great. Also, the dining area and breakfast were wonderful. Loved the waffles and fruit! We absolutely will be back ! The pool area was nice too.

I recommend it 100%

Rob on the evening shift at the front desk was amazing. Your hotel is lucky to have someone with that level of customer service. We will return if we are back in the area because of how well the staff and Rob was for us.

We had a great time on our mini trip. When we arrived there was a tour group of young students. The hotel houses both Hampton in and Home 2 Suites. So. I was not sure if there were two separate checkin counters. It's only one. The front desk provided a quick check in process and the fees were minimal. I missed the $10 parking charge while making the reservation. The $15 room deposit was minimal compared to most places we stay. Our room was very clean (NO bugs, mold, or stains on the sheets). They served breakfast, had a small snack area, a pool, and mini workoutroom. We didn't try them, but they looked to be in good condition. The waffles smelled amazing! You could also walk to Bojangles or KFC. Many places are a short drive on the main road. There's also a car wash right next door. The hotel is right off the highway, but we didn't hear much noise in our room. The parking lot does get packed when it's busy. However, there are multiple entrances to get inside no matter where you park. Housekeeping was also very friendly. We would definitely stay again if in the area. This was a great, clean, and friendly location!

have any soap in our soap dispenser or lotion in our lotion dispenser. What happened to the little bar of soap they used to leave at the sink??? Actually, just bring a bar of soap from home! Love the front desk staff. Breakfast is great. Room and bath CLEAN! Very close to Duke Medical Center which is a big plus. Also close to Duke University.

Bed not typical of what I’m used to for Hampton Inn, microwave was very small. No fan in the bathroom, need an air freshener if that’s the case. Lighting a little lower than used to. Breakfast was subpar.

Clean room, very nice staff, excellent breakfast. This hotel got it all.

The hotel was very nice! The one issue I did have the linen was stale smelling! I called the front desk and they brought in clean linen!

We did have to pay $5 per day to park, though. The room was very nice & roomy. They even had 2 COMPLEMENTARY waters, something that is very unusual. The breakfast was phenomenal! It was quite a large spread. We travel up this way quite often, so I decided we will stay here every time we come.
