Staffs are very friendly and rooms are very clean

The room was clean. The staff was courteous and responsive. The breakfast was great wide range of options to choose from.

Was clean and had great amenities

This is a nice hotel, surrounded by plenty of places to eat. BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND staying here since there are a bunch of breaking into cars that happens here; even with security being on sight. During my stay here at least 10 cars were broken into, including my friends car.

Hotel was very convenient for doing college tours for Duke and UNC.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. It’s very close to RDU airport, next to the highways and surrounded by restaurants. The hotel is very clean and maintained. Our room was clean and roomy. The staff is very friendly and nice. Tom greeted us with a smile and helped get us checked in. We flew in from out of town and arrived earlier than expected (around 11am). Tom took him time to check and gave us great news that our room was ready and we could check in early. Very grateful for that. Tom made sure to explain all the amenities the hotel has and informed us that we could reach out to him with any questions. He was very welcoming, kind, friendly and professional. Their breakfast was great with many options for everyone in my family and again very clean and kept tidy. My favorite perk was the fresh baked cookies from 4pm-7pm. What a delicious treat. Overall my stay and experience was a 10/10.

Staff was spectacular even in a new environment. Unfortunately , I don’t think we will stay here again. Mattress was horrid but, I couldn’t sleep anyway from the road noise. Breakfast was better than average and honest…the staff is trying. Someone should pick up the poop from those guests whom think they are exempt from scooping in the dog walk area. If I sound bitter I’m not …just tired!

My family enjoyed our stay here. The team were exceptional. I appreciated my requests being met (firmer pillows, pool services, late check out, etc.) We liked the designated areas for dogs and the complimentary bags and treats. The gathering/dining area stayed cleaned. The breakfast was great. Oatmeal and the many toppings for it were great. The different flavor waffles and their toppings - awesome. It might be worth noting the monetary system in the Laundry room. Not a fan. Its an app, then load money on the app, then make sure you are connected to wifi, then proceed. It might work for some however we prefer simple cash options for that. Maybe an ATM machine in the room?
