Millennium Hotel Durham

The only issue was the bathroom door kept sliding open but other than that it was great

I love this hotel, this is first time I’ve stayed here and it is exceptional. Staff was more than friendly. One thing to be careful with though. You have to make a $100 dep, if you get the hotel by the day, they return the deposit daily, which puts that money into cyber no where and you have to come up with another hundred. So book the room for as long as you plan to be here or you’ll need a lot of hundreds. But the hotel will blow you away and love the free breakfast.

I had a unique situation and needed to check in early, and Patrick was very accommodating and even gave me a coupon for a complimentary breakfast because I’d a very long day. His patience and understanding was much appreciated

Park in the front! There’s been a break in of vehicles in the area lately. Our car was broken into but the staff went above the call of duty. Nowwwww, the police dept, don’t ask!!! The staff was amazing and even gave us rides to and from to help us! A+ Service!!!

The staff and cleaners were very nice. Nice bathroom and shower. Pool was cold, hot tub was cold, all laundry washers and dryers were non-functional. Area around room door latch looked like some broke in, and had trouble getting into the room once because of the latch. Not worth the price, but it is one of the cheaper hotels in a good area in Durham.

It was clean, conveniently located close to where I needed to go. When I ordered door dash some door dashers would deliver to my room while some door dashers reported that they weren’t able to deliver to my room because of hotel policy which I’m guessing someone at front desk prohibiting them so no consistency there.

The room is spacious Need a little upgrade

I had a wonderful stay at the Millennium Hotel Durham! The location was perfect—close to Duke University, restaurants, and shopping, making it incredibly convenient for our visit. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the indoor pool and fitness center were great amenities to have during our stay. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Overall, it was an excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Durham. Highly recommend!

No breakfast selection

I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room I liked the fact that there's an indoor pool and hot tub. However there were no towels in the pool or hot tub area also my husband and I had to clean particles out of the pool and hot tub before we could get on so the staff needs to pay more attention to the cleaning and the linen stock.

This place could be something amazing. Looks like a massive property that was put in the wrong place. It could use a bit of upkeep here and there but by far and away the best value I have paid for a hotel. This place is significantly underrated. There has to be a story here I have not found, something happened and they are now limping along. Overall great stay

The hotel is very secure and the room was super clean, with amenities included; it was quiet and peaceful—perfect for resting.

My stay was terrible front desk stuff didn’t smile just not welcoming at all day two I asked the young lady sitting desk if she could ask housekeeping to clean my room nd change linen please this girl couldn’t even look up from her phone she was like yea there be there in a sec I said can you please have them change the linen this was eleven in the morning we got back 7 at night the room wasn’t touched not even the trash o and breakfast was terrible not much to choose from especially if you don’t eat pork they watch you while u fix your food while your eating there was only water and coffee to drink

The hotel is beautiful. And BIG. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Will DEFINITELY be staying again.

It just fine

The room was comfortable and the bed and bathroom was clean. The pool was very uncomfortable.the chlorine smell was unbearable and burned my eyes. Really wanted to get in the pool but the smell was too strong.
