Maintenance needs improvement. Lights needed to be replaced in our room, the fan was not working and the stopper in the sink needed to be fixed. For what we paid, these items should have been done before we arrived. The cleaning staff should check all items in the room before leaving and making ready for the next customer. The hotel did move us to another room which we appreciated, but inconvenient as we had to pack all items up again after unloading.

We came from Homewood Suites Columbia in South Carolina and in comparison this hotel is extremely outdated. It was a bit of a disappointment. Our room was very hot and muggy upon arrival. The third floor was musty with a mixture of different smells. Our room was clean. We could hear the next room over through the bathroom. Breakfast was good and there was options for the entire family. We appreciated the water and coffee provided in the lobby. Our 5 year old enjoyed the pool. One staff member at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful providing us a new key. While another staff member during breakfast was rude. It was viable for a few nights, but we would not book another stay here.

During our stay the bathroom door lock jammed and I was stuck in the bathroom. The front desk clerk said I have to stay until the maintenance guy came in the morning, and then hung up on my son. He refused to help us. There are too many items that malfunction within the property.

We liked the suite format of the room. Particularly for longer stays, the kitchen in the room would benefit from more than one dishwasher soap pouch, and could use hand soap, a strainer, and a vegetable peeler. We never received housekeeping service, though we stayed for five nights. Admittedly, we had a "do not disturb" sign on for several hours on several days, but this was disappointing. We enjoyed the pool and parking was easy. Breakfast selections were ample and the area was clean, but one woman working in the breakfast area was borderline rude to me on several occasions.

I would like to praise the staff for their professionalism, friendliness, and flexibility. Although we had made a mistake in our reservation, the staff worked around it to our benefit in a most welcoming manner. The kitchen staff also went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

Loved this property and all that is offered from the fridge, microwave, stove top, crib and more. I would stay again and the kids loved the pool.

We had a wonderful time. The family suites are amazing! Loved that they had one large king size bed in one room and two smaller beds in the other room and then a pull out in the couch. It fit all 5 of us wonderfully. Having two separate bathrooms and a full kitchen was great too! Staff was very friendly and made us all feel comfortable.

Staff was nice, overall hotel was clean and good location. Room was ok. Beds are doubles not queens, handle on bathroom was loose , very thin walls. I would probably pick a different hotel when in the area again just because of the size of the beds.

The staff did it for me! Any problems i may have had I already have forgotten about because the staff was that good!
-
The first room I was in had a noisy raggedy air conditioner. So I changed rooms. In the second room there were two live roaches. One in the living room and one in the bathroom. They offered to switch me to another room but the hotel is obviously disgusting. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people coming off the elevator. So I made reservations at a different hotel

Location is good.

Rooms were super spacious, clean and comfortable. Full kitchens with dishwasher and garbage disposal. Loved the rooms! Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Pool was nice, clean and refreshing. The rooms with balconies, unfortunately have not much of a view. Outside our room was 2 dumpsters and highway noise. Hallway carpets were pretty gross. Dog friendly hotel shouldn't have carpets. Great location.

After driving for hours you just wanna kick back and flick through the TV.

Everything was great

Clean roomy, breakfast was good relative to these kinds of buffets.

All was very good or great!

If you plan to conduct electrical wiring work in the hallway, you should not assign rooms on that floor to guests. Alternatively, you should have informed us in advance; the noise started so early in the morning that I couldn't get any sleep. This level of service is absolutely terrible.

We really like the homewood suites brand and look forward to the expected amenities- this one was in a great location but could use a bit of refreshment. Not sure why the hallways have the exposed wiring at the ceiling wall. Breakfast was nice but not as extensive as other locations such as Dallas/ Fort Worth. We had a very long walk from our unit 329 to lobby/ breakfast area. Overall rating is good and I would stay again
