We had roaches in our floor and crawling on our wall (we have pictures) and the coffee bar staff was extremely rude to us and ignored us.

We celebrated my father's birthday here this past weekend. Everything from the food preparation to the staff was top notch, we were made to feel comfortable and well cared for. The event space was awesome, the bartender gracious and the staff's attention to detail is worth noting. We definitely recommend staying here and we will be back the next time we have the occasion to come to Durham(we traveled from Virginia some from Texas). Thank you again Mr Grant and staff!

The location was excellent for us, and the shuttle to and from the airport was both timely and convenient. The grounds were lovely and the parking area was secure.
