Everything was fine but I was charged twice which is not fine. The room was payed for yet you billed the room to my credit card. I rented the room for a funeral and after speaking to your staff they left the burden on me to follow up about the double billing. Dealing with grief is hard enough and now to deal with customer service about paying twice for the same room.

On our second night, the A/C started blowing hot air. We went to the front desk, but the employee told us there were no available rooms to switch to. Shortly after, the A/C started working again, so we stayed in our room. Unfortunately, around 1:00 a.m. it stopped working again and began blowing hot air, leaving the room at 80°F. We went back to the front desk, and this time a different employee immediately found us another room. While I appreciated that employee’s help, it was disappointing that we weren’t offered that option earlier. Instead, we had to pack up all of our belongings and move rooms in the middle of the night with a child, which made for a very stressful experience. Other than that issue, the hotel itself was okay. I just hope they improve how situations like this are handled, as it could have been resolved much earlier.

I called for pick up from Raleigh airport to the hotel , which there is free shuttle service . I’ve waited over 1 hour for driver . I call back the hotel as was told you need to take a taxi or uber . When I got to hotel the shuttle bout van was parked , the guy who I assumed was the drive was having a cigarette break and they could have care less .I would NEVER stay there again.

Property is old but well maintained. Security is lack luster (you don’t have to scan a key card to access) but it’s a good area. The love the roominess of the rooms, they have a microwave, fridge, and a sink in the suites. And good shower pressure. No complaints. And the staff were very helpful!

Spacious and clean room. Parking was east. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great with hot food options.

They gave away one of our rooms so we had to move some of our party to an alterate

Great stay! The hallways were hot due to AC issues but our room was on point very clean and spacious. I wish they had a pool as well. Overall our stay was great. 8/10

The staff is amazing. The shuttle is amazing. I was able to get early check-in without any issues. But the pictures advertised show a pool and there is no pool on property. Also, the workout room is under construction. Though I love this property and I would stay at it again. There were some issues. First off, air-conditioning did not work in the hallways, but worked in the rooms, but it made more stuffy always and elevator rides. At breakfast, the waffle maker were sketch. I want to wash clothes and asked for the complementary laundry supplies and they ran out of them. Housekeeping was supposed to be every other day, but during my weekday they only came once. I had a visitor come into town who needed to pick up from the airport and when I called the shuttle was down for her pick up. Anytime I asked for extra items like towels or toilet paper. You have to go down to the front desk attendant yourself. Like a cheap motel. The room itself is big, and spacious and very nice and very clean. I had no issues with the room itself. The property itself could use a little bit more maintenance.

Would have liked oatmeal, there was a crock pot, empty, but all the additives for oatmeal were set out. So settled for english muffin, at least they had those, better than just bread. I used cream cheese. The butter was in the fridge, ok, but too hard to spread on the muffin. Need some set out to soften up. The room was great, plenty of room, kitchenette, large computer desk, sofa area separate from bed, which was comfy. No suggestions.
