Hampton Inn by Hilton Eagle Pass

The staff was friendly. The carpet in the room needs to be cleaned. The big fault was the temperature of the room. It was hot! 78 degrees the whole night. Had the a/c going but it wouldn't cool down.

This place was a great place to stay. It was comfortable and clean and we will definitely come back. The staff was very friendly as well.

This place is beautiful but it's bring the most sketchy people around. It was almost 3 in the morning someone ran in, ran up to the 2nd floor and pulled the smoke alarm. You see people with kids running everywhere to figure out what was going on. The worst feeling ever. They did not compensate for the lost of sleep or for or interruptions throughout the night because after that the alarm kept having to be reset every 10 to 15 minutes. It was a beautiful hotel but not sure I would stay here again. Horrible experience honestly

The room was cleaned exceptionally well. The A/C was ice cold. Absolutely enjoyed my stay. Will be coming here again in the near future. Excellent customer service!

Front desk staff were extremely courteous. Room was clean, beds comfortable wuth walk in shower. A/C worked all day and night.

I came down at 0930 and the Coffe was empty. Had to notify personnel that the Coffe was empty. Then came back at 0940 and they ran out of cups.

Well I been a client for many years with hotels.com and never had an issue when it comes to do a reservation with them. this time I was disappointed because when I checked in one of the staff members told me that my room was given away (a king sized room) and that they were sold out on king bedroom’s and was given a two bed room because that’s all they had for me . I always do my reservations on time and with time ahead to prevent this issues and was not fair. His only words was I sorry but that we have for you. So disappointing my recommendation for everyone is call your hotel just to make sure you are getting for what you pay for before arriving to the hotel or ask front desk before getting your room.

Clean room- I liked the walking shower.

The room was old clean but hotel need remolding. There was no house keeping the whole weekend we stayed . They never took out the trash or cleaned the room. I would never stay there again. Front desk staff we awesome and the breakfast was good the first day but not so great the second day.
