Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Eagle Pass

Charged 3x for 1 night hotel stay. Booked thru Expedia, paid thru Expedia. Then the hotel franchise charged 2x more times. No one there knows how to fix/work the “complicated system” but Clint & the other guy I was told, not the girls???Said there is difficulty with charges when it is booked thru a 3rd party so best to book with them directly. ???They refuse to give you a manager or name & lie if pressed for a person’s name. Clint lied many times & Jimena who he named as a manager was part of the lie. The hotel is lovely, convenient stay, housekeeping are great ladies wonderful hotel stay but with having to go thru this it is not worth the stress and lies being told & trying to still fix now 6 days later. Clint said manager will call in at 9am, would not give me her name. Pressed him and he said Jimena is the manager, asked for last name, told it was a hard last name. I asked him to spell it. He said don’t worry on our end it has been taken care of, I asked which charge? As my bank shows 1 charge dropped but 1 charge in the same amount charged. Silence. Clint has an attitude when pressed for specific answers. I went in person the day i cked out due to charge, called next day and both times told it was taken care of. 6 days later 4 calls in still not resolved. Had to file a chargeback with bank. Save yourself the grief of Clint & the way this location does business. Jimena said manager was Shells___ and then said it is Claudia. So who knows who actually manages tht location.

Enjoyed cleanliness of property. Well taken care of.

The only negative is the low water pressure in the sink

Hotel very clean and modern! Room very spacious, clean, great layout! Highly recommend! One bad thing is both tvs in our room didnt work called front desk but no help
