Staff was rude , said they had no availability and EXPEDIA cancelled are reservation.

Hotel en Excelentes condiciones, todo es nuevo y la atención muy buena.

Staff is nice, clean, and you can see the border from your room.

From the lobby, to the Room and overall view of the property everything eass clean. The building looks fairly newly built. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was mid but i found a few items that worked. Overall great value for the price.

The hotel and room were excellent! Will definitely stay again and everytime in Eagle Pass... BUT never staying in room 118.. it was right next to the exit door in the back and all night I was woken up by the slam of the door and people passing by.. Other than that its an excellent hotel

This was a clean and comfortable hotel, but not a standout. The ambiance could be greatly improved by changing the light tone of the lobby from its present blue hue LED to a warm tone. With the blue light, it feels sterile. It would also be nice if the hotel staff learned the history of their area. This hotel is adjacent to Fort Duncan which has an interesting history and holds the keys to the Eagle Pass town name. None of the staff knew anything about this! As first time travelers to Eagle Pass, TX this was disappointing.
