Every single person we encountered were amazing! The free shuttle saved us so much !! Our favorite driver was their night shift driver Melvin!! Such a friendly soul and helped us navigate NYC! Gave us advice on what buses and trains to take to get where we needed to be!!

The price and free transportation from and to airport. Staff was nice and friendly. Everything was perfect!

The staff was great. The property worked fine for us for a one night stay for a local concert. It is right by LaGuardia so expect noise overnight. One out of two rooms wasn’t ready until about 5:00 when check in as it 3:00. The beds were comfortable. We liked the toiletries. Parking lot was tight and at an additional charge. Restaurant wasn’t what I pictured. It was almost like a cafeteria, but we did have table service and the server was terrific and food delicious and reasonably priced.

Nothing. We knew our flight would be arriving late so we messaged to tell the hotel. We received a response from the hotel that all was good and the room was confirmed. So fast forward to arrival at the hotel for them to advise that they had released and sold the room to someone else with no rooms available. The hotel reception were useless. No apology nothing! An absolute shambles of a hotel. Everything!

High rating reflects its practicality as an airport stayover at a reasonable price by NYC standards. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are large and modern. Shuttle bus regular and reliable. The neighbourhood - but hey, its an airport.

They were amazing! Our plane was delayed 3 hours but they still had the shuttle ready for us, and the staff was understanding and helpful.
