The room. Was very dirty. The carpet looks like it has not been vacuumed in weeks. I was too tired to try to change rooms and I honestly don't expect the other rooms to be any different.

Too close to the airport, sounded like the planes were going to hit the building!

Close to the airport. Complimentary shuttle to the airport. This property is in a landing pass of the airport. Planes are landing every 3-5 minutes. The passing planes almost touching the tree tops and it's extremely noisy.

Location close to LGA airport. Astoria St on the south side of the block looks poor & run down, intermittent well maintained small restaurants & gas stations though. The Japanese take out place was good. Hotel a very decent property. Staff helpful. Rooms fine. Shuttle. Many food trucks on the north side of the block, looked great, small park adjacent. Parking easy

Affordable The location They refuse to clean rooms and insist on theirn’policy’ that they don’t clean everyday
-
Broken shower, airplane noise, limited tight parking, very small rooms.
-
1st floor windows did not lock. To hide smells they dumped straight cleaner in the bathrooms, so bad it burns your eyes.
-
It was ok, if you want to be near the airport, other than that I would not recommend it

Honestly I had a lovely stay. It’s centric and a bang for the buck. Went up for Governors Ball music fest and it worked great for me!

Airport shuttle starts early (4am!) and on time!!

This is a basic hotel near the airport that gives you a place to stay a night or too well. You are traveling through. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the shower was a good shower with a bathtub. The shuttle service was convenient and easy to use which is what we needed. Very good customer service.
