New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott

Our flight was canceled, and we had to stay at the LaGuardia Marriott Airport unexpectedly without any luggage. Yolanda at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She provided us with toothbrushes and other essentials for the night and made a stressful situation much easier. Her kindness and excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Yolanda, and the Marriott team!

Clean hotel and easy access to LGA

And it’s NYC not Hong Kong so cleanliness is a given but all in all great experience. Not a first one We’ve stayed there before Always solid stay.

Clean. Easy for early trips out of airport across the street

Liked the gym and free water facilities but really not accessible - we had to park and go up and down stairs with a baby and pram. And then when we got to the room multiple sockets weren’t working even though the engineer said they were… and the room also wouldn’t cool down. They ended up giving us a tower fan. Also the crib isn’t a crib- it’s a pack and play with only the lowest insert. We had an infant and it was really hard to keep her at the bottom because she would roll into under the mesh.

The lighting was very poor, dull, bulbs missing and none inside the bathroom, no housekeeping service on the final stay, no room service on the weekends.

I’d like to thank and commend Roxy at the front desk for answering my many questions, Mark, The bellman for being so helpful in helping us to get rides, and Rafa, the electrician who was patient and kind to two older ladies in helping us to set up our wi-fi. Overall, all the staff was wonderful. The hotel could use some upgrades like door hooks for hanging robes and toiletry bags in the bathroom as well as make-up mirrors for the ladies, and more drawers or places to put your folded clothing. The kitchen staff was great too and the food was very good. I would stay here again

Amazing View

Shuttle service was good.

I stayed here last minute after my flight was cancelled. I called for a shuttle and it arrived within 10 minutes. I was in terminal C in LGA. It is about a 10 minute ride to and from that part of LGA. When I arrived, it was around 2PM. My check-in was 4PM. I decided to check in and wait around, it’s better than hanging out at the airport for hours!!! But they got a room for me immediately- TTL!! The staff were wonderful helping me out! The room was good. I’m glad I stayed here. 👍

I wouldn’t advise to stay here not worth your money - especially if it is last minute

Great stay but charged absurd prices for laundry service

Got stuck in NY. Expensive situation, but Marriott was a nice landing place. 3 of 4 elevators were out of service, but food was great, water was hot and beds were comfy!
