First impressions, the staff at the main desk were excellent. The property could use little clean up outside when I booked the hotel, I didn’t know they were gonna charge me $44 to valet my car, but I do recommend the hotel strongly.

We did not stay since the hotel is no longer in business. It is now a homeless shelter. We had to frantically find another room for the night just a couple hours before our concert. This hotel should be removed from all sites so this doesn’t happen to someone else.
-
It has been secured by the City of NY or Homeland Security as a welcome center for Migrants and Asylum seekers. Take this property of the system immediately. No a hotel!
-
Staff was nice, helpful, and all for good rate. Would book again if in the area
-
The hotel was closed for renovation and we were moved to a new hotel in an area we didn't want to stay, and we were denied a chance to cancel. I called Marriott and they said Hotels.com was informed of the closure in January but we were not informed until mid-May.
-
Location near BJK Tennis Center Room AC unit in the room was loud. Ice maker in hall also loud.
-
Expedia doesn’t even know the property closed and we had nowhere to stay. Pathetic!!!
-
They cancelled the reservation and sent us to a sister hotel. They said the property was closed.
-
The beds were comfortable and bathroom spacious.
-
Expedia never relayed to us that we were "re-routed" to another Marriott in the area. So after paying a large Uber cost to get to the hotel we booked, we walked in to find it was converted 6 months ago into an immigration shelter. We had to take another Uber to a different Marriott on the other side of the airport.

Springfield canceled my reservation and transferred my reservation to FairField Inn and the rate was higher than what was quoted.

Breakfast was delicious, amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us a free room upgrade which was wonderful, we enjoyed the two TVs and the extra space etc.! Whenever we called for extra towels they came right away!! The location was close to the US Open tennis and it was great to have a free shuttle - suggestion: there should be a shuttle available to take back the people watching the evening matches that run really late! We pay lots of $$ for tickets and please don't tell us, "call an Uber." The Lyft/Uber line for pickup at the US Open late at night is almost two miles long!! Please do the right thing next year and provide the shuttle later than 10:45 pm!! Thanks. see above - there must be better shuttle service for people wanting to stay late and watch matches. We paid $200+ each for tickets for the night match and had to give up watching most of it because the shuttle was leaving at 10:45! that is simply way too early; the shuttle should run until the LAST match is OVER!! I will pay extra room rate for this service! It is very important to people coming all the way from Pennsylvania (!) to see the US Open tennis.

The room was awesome, staff friendly and helpful
-
A bit overpriced for a motel style room.
-
Proximity to the ballpark
-
The bed was really comfy and the shuttling was perfect for our trip to the US Open It was a really awkward room layout and it's kinda in the ghetto so we didn't want to try walking anywhere
-
shuttle service general location lack of dining
-
decent place to stay if you’re going to the US Open and they have a free shuttle. staff wasn’t friendly, front desk was often unstaffed and there were some hairs in the shower when I arrived
-
We were only there overnight so we could be close to the airport
