Rooms good size, AC was cold, bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower water was hot. The shower door came off the rolling bar and fell on my elderly mom. I had to lift the door off her. Water leaked through cracks in molding and soaked the floor in huge puddles. Clearly there’s no maintenance person checking on the rooms. One small restaurant on site had decent lunch and dinner food and full bar. The breakfast buffet was just so so, fake eggs, no flavor to anything, like eating cardboard. It’ll fill you up though. Overpriced as everything is in NYC.

The Front Desk Personnel was terrible, unfriendly and didn’t acknowledge my being a Diamond Member.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Great location near LaGuardia airport. Clean 2 Queen room, spacious and comfortable. We didn’t hear noise from airport. Indoor pool was highlight for the children. We ordered room service from the restaurant. The food was yummy. Convenient Grab & Go for light snacks.

Fridge and outer TV weren't working, seemed like a potential power issue to that part of the suite. Otherwise had a very pleasant stay.

Great location, clean, nice people, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Definitely, we would come back in our next trip to New York. Thank you!

Despite their system being down, the hotel’s staff worked admirably and efficiently checking in guests using pen and paper. Kudos to them all. The hotel room was clean and comfortable as well.

we have booked and paid for 1 king size bed room but when we arrived the receptionist who handle us told me that you have to take room which have two queen size bed as I was only 1 person I don’t need two bed I asked the receptionist I have paid for king size bed she told me you haven’t paid yet . Luckily I had saved the receipt and when I saw that to her she managed the king size bed room . Although she know I had paid for king size bed she was lying to me . Which I don’t like at all

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Steps from LGA, shuttles very 20 minutes, clean, very comfortable beds and great amenities- caters to travelers and the have thought of everything
