Great food, professional and cordial staff. Carpet in the room has a stale smell.

Very clean, spacious room. The Front desk was helpful. Restaurant and Lounge areas was nice and Food was good.

Hotel and staff was amazing. I only had an issue with not getting my room service meal but I was refunded. This will be my go to whenever I’m staying in NY. I loved everything about this hotel. Nothint

But it gets better! The beds are well tended and extremely comfortable. The staff is outstanding and you’re close to LGA. You couldn’t ask for anything more!

The hotel is favored for proximity to LGA and the complimentray shuttle and the driver was nice. I needed a printout so the front desk helped me with that. The room cost me $284 per night (without taxes) so approx $330 after taxes and did not include breakfast. I reserved the room based on the photos shown on booking .com. But the room that was assigned to me looked nothing like on the photos. Firstly, it was located in a separate part of building almost seemed isolated from the rest of the hotel by separate doors it was situated all the way down the hallway with rooms mostly meant for staff use and laundry. The loud noise from HVAC made it impossible to sleep, the stagnated water in the bathtub with drainage issues was uncomfortable, saw some stains in the blanket as well. I have been disappointed with this stay.

Problem with using the shower in room 542 ! You have to keep fumbling with the the shower dials to get it running and shutting it off! No on and off markings! Spoke to engineer on the scene with the problem!

Hotel was very nice and clean. I really liked how the outside of the hotel looked liked with it being all made from brick. The inside of the hotel was very modern and nice and seemed like they have events going on daily. The queen neighborhood is a good place to bike at.

Easy early check in. 4 of us shared a room and it was great. Dinner at the bar was really good. Drinks were good. Quick Uber ride to Citi field for baseball
