Strong smoke smell in the room made it hard to sleep. Clean sheets and bathroom, however.

everything amazing .

I was on transit to Toronto so it's proximity to LaGuardia airport was what attracted me. There were no facilities for tea or coffee and the wardrobe was so small

We needed a last minute place to stay near LaGuardia airport and this is very close. 15 min uber drive. Decent price of 158$. The room was clean and the bed was decent. The neighborhood is a little run down. I would t feel comfortable walking beyond the property. I noticed people were having food delivered. We didn’t bother. The hotel is under an elevated train so you hear trains running till wee hours of the night. The air conditioner was a little loud but it kept the room cool. We were thankful we found a place to sleep last minute.

The beds were horrible and loud. The floor were very dirty.

Very handy location, nice staff, the walls are rather thin and could hear other clients in their rooms.

Heavily scented cleaning products throughout the hotel, strong smells coming from the air conditioning. Right near the 7 train so if you’re in the front of the hotel you might hear it. Smoking in the hallways that you can smell from the room. Doors also slam loudly.

Staff was great. Hotel is right next to subway. Our room was quiet but we were on opposite side of subway. Neighborhood looks rough bit everything was just fine.

The room was not clean it smelled like mildew there were cracks in the ceiling with scotch tape over them. The lobby was terrible and confusing. I had to carry all my luggage down stairs to the lobby and then elevator to the fourth floor to the toom

Clean, comfortable, and two blocks from the 7 train. Great staff.

Clean room and housekeeping. Front desk not helpful when asked questions. Hotel not well maintained. Wallpaper peeling ,etc. Some nearby rooms being rented "by the hour". Rooms being cleaned by housekeeping all times of day, done at 9 am and others at 1 am in morning! No amenities except free parking and coffee. No refrigerator in room

This is a low end hotel that smells horrible.

Location was great. Price very reasonablr

Close to Citi Field and train connection. Good room for the price. No safe or mini fridge though so plan accordingly.
