The Parc Hotel

Best Hotel from New York :)

Great hotel, has a very nice rooftop bar that is open late and friendly staff. Location is also great, close to many food spots/bars.

Pleasant

Nice property

.

Good experience, comfortable stay, perfect location, rooftop bar

The hotel is near to a mall with a Target and Nike store.

All the needs are provided.

Nice, clean affordable hotel near the subway where you can easily get a direct train to Manhattan while this hotel is the hub of great restaurants and lots of other things to offer. I think for the guests safety the elevator should be working with the guests room cards. But I think they have a rooftop bar thats the reason. But it's concerns me that anyone can easily reach out at any level or any room as there is no security

Very good

Room cleaning service was great. Sound travels, I could hear people entering rooms that were several rooms away. It was nice to be able to park at the hotel although parking spaces were tight and limited to approximately 8 spaces

Habitación limpia, servicio excelente y muy cerca del metro

Bad

Location / cleanliness Shower wasn’t always hit - lukewarm Needs some refurbishment The receptionist Tina when I arrived / needs a lesson on dealing with the public / very rude plus their machines wouldn’t recognise either of my credit cards - contacted the bank - my cards not the Robles - their was a problem with their machine recognising the encryption on my cards - one Bank West and the other cBA - resulted in my cancelling the booking and rebooking with you costing me usd220 more was only way I could payand then had to fight so I didn’t get a cancellation fee charged as Hotel saiddidn’t turn up / I didjust couldn’t pay them

His property was in a decent location Management communication is very poor. The room was clean and there was a significant amount of damage.

Location room is small, carpet is not clean, doors have noise when swinging, sound insulation is poor. parking garage is small and difficult to maneuver. charge for parking fee is high. breakfast selections are limited.

Me gustaría que tuviera Netflix fue lo único que faltó

Passable

I also prefer a room with central air conditioning .

很方便/走路可以购物，
