Hyatt Place Flushing/LaGuardia Airport

The hotel located in the middle of Chinatown flushing Queens it’s perfect for an Asian family that you want everything nearby. It’s a walking distance. The mall is across the street bakeries restaurant very convenient if you’re just plan to hang out around there if you need to get to the city there’s a number seven train station that you can take is about 45 minutes to Manhattan to wherever you need to go if you don’t mind the train ride is very convenient. It’s just know how to travel the complexity of New York City subway system. I’m very impressed. I will stay again. Every time I come to New York, which is gonna be plenty of more times.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the meals were great at the restaurant upstairs. The check-in and check-out were very fast.

The room was not clean. The shower was dirty, the sink was clogged, and there were blood stains on the bed sheets. There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. I called the front desk, but they told me they were out of stock. This property does not meet the standards I expect from a Hyatt hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay.

We paid a lot for the room because we were staying the weekend of Gov Ball, so definitely feel gouged for the quality presented, room was dated and the rug was stained not worth the money. The front desk staff were lovely and super helpful. Your staff is 100% this hotel’s saving grace.

Went to the roof top terrace for an evening drink and enjoy the view and sunset but a $45 per person minimum turned us away…paying a premium room rate should get you some time in bar

Excellent hotel near LGA airport. Free shuttle between hotel and airport. The leaf roof top bar and restaurant was a great spot to enjoy a late night dinner after driving back from Western New York. Hotel is in the heart of Chinatown in Flushings. Great service and nice to have a noon check out time.

You could walk to NYMets stadium if you wanted. Finding the parking garage was near impossible. In a very busy area!

I think the hotel should provide shower cap, body lotion

Very close to many restaurants so you have a nice variety of food. Plus the mall across the street is really nice too If I had one issue, I do wish the rooms at least had a microwave. We had leftovers sometimes we couldn’t take because we had no way to heat them up. But other than that everything was wonderful.

Was not as close to park as listed. Shower was meh. Didn't really get what we paid for.
