Bed was comfortable and clean. Terrible quality for the value. The hotel isn’t terrible, but it’s horribly overpriced.

The coffe machine and the location How they didn’t change our dirty sheets and we asked 2x.

No airport shuttle was available. Slight language gap. I was not aware the hotel was in China town at time of booking.

The location and staff are always great to work with. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the conditioner bottle was empty. But I called front desk and s guy came right up to my room and installed a new bottle..great service.

exorbitant price for quality of stay. dusty room, broken shower, loose flush, no room cleaning until requested, avg breakfast….

Its location can reach most good restaurants. Not too far from the fruit market and subway station. The bathroom curtain reeks sweaty smell. I used body wash liquid to coat the “whole” curtain up trying to cover the horrible smell. Both inside and outside of the curtain. The next day, I got a new curtain. Still has some smell. But I let it go because it was a lot of work to coat it with liquid soap,

My room is C01, thats in basement. Standard room smaller than usual. I got disgusted when I see bunch of black hair on the bathroom floor and shower tub. Goodness, we stay only one night.
