Sky Hotel Flushing/LaGuardia Airport

It is a poorly equipped hotel. There was not a single cup in the room.

Sheets on bed

The bed sheets smelled as though they had not been washed from the last person that slept on them. Told the person at the desk and they didn't offer to change the sheets just sent us 2 more sheets to the room which we just put on top of the covers to sleep on.

never serviced the room. the first time i went in there there was stains on the towels. The desk chair was a foldout chair. The window shade had tape on it, the fridge was leaking water and the cord was sitting in it

Clean decent room

The “hotel” was close to the airport and staff was nice. It felt very dated, not maintained, not very clean and felt very unsafe.

There was no toilet paper. There were no spare rolls, either.　The shower faucet was also broken, so I couldn't use it.

Their host tried her best to help us, she was kind, but the room was terrible smelled bad

Room was cold and temperature controller wasnt working

The coffeemaker was broken no breakfast and no coffee in the morning so bad eveything nobody care about the coffee marker we must buy waters also thanks

Our door was open when we arrived. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The bed and sheets stunk

We like it Everything.

Our room never cleaned, no coffee, overcharged, water leaked in after rain nothing done!

Weird smell from

Very dirty very disrespectful and very unprofessional

When you check in, ask for another room choice in stead of assigned by the front desk, the person always lies on that the room is the only one left but on the website s there are always still a few same types of rooms available. If you are lucky, in your room you won’t see roaches and the shower room is not clogged, the hot water will come out fast , but the reality is quite the opposite. The AC not working properly, if you are lucky again, you will see the hotel staff doing indecent behavior when he fixes the AC.

I slept good, felt good, bathroom was alright, everything good! And staff A+
