The hotel was located in around many resturants and the Tangram mall. It was convenient to get to public transportation to travel towards Manhattan. This was an optimal location from Main Street. Far away enough from the noise of traffic and people but close enough of a walk to most places. It has many drink businesses around. The hotel had slippers, disposable cups, a refridgerator and a air conditioner. The TV worked well and allowed for YouTube access. The elevators got floor to floor very quickly. Check in and check out was a fast process. I did not like how there was no working ventilator in the bathroom. The water for the shower did not get hot. It got warm at the most. There were no seats in the hotel room. The bathroom also looked a bit weathered down.

Loved my spacious & quiet hotel room! Everything was clean & tidy. I was staying here as a post-op recovery patient & felt so at peace with how isolating & quiet the room was. The staff were made aware of my disabilities & pain management and were eager to assist with carrying my luggages, calling the elevator, getting me plates & utensils to eat takeout, & have room service provide extra pillows & blankets so I could set up my bed for my convenience/comfort. The location for the hotel was great. It was within walking distance to pretty much everything in the Flushing Asian enclave. I never really saw a need to take public transportation for anything because everything was pretty much 5-10 minutes away within walking distance. Target is nearby, Tangram Mall has one of its entrances 5 minutes away, & there are a bunch of Asian-owned shops, restaurants, & leisure spots. Would strongly reccommend this hotel, not only for tourists, but for any New Yorker trying to have a time away from their own neighborhood & enjoy this one; especially for such an affordable price! A solid 5 nights well spent.

We left behind an item by accident and didn’t realize it until we had already traveled a long distance away. It was an honest mistake that we own up to. We called the hotel and asked if there was any way they could ship it to us since we live in a completely different state, and the person who answered said, “We don’t send to you. You come pick it up.” I fully intended to pay for shipping if necessary, but the response remained, “We don’t ship. You come here and pick it up.” I find that to be ridiculous especially for travelers from out of state. I’ve never had issues with other hotels (major chain or privately owned) refusing to ship left-behind essential items to my home. I happily cover shipping costs if necessary and almost all hotels, until today, have been able to accommodate.

I booked this hotel for the price, location and the availability on a week that many hotels charged high rates and/or sold out. I paid ~$900 for 5 days "Deluxe Double Room, 2 Queen Beds, Non Smoking". The room we checked into was tidy, has 2 queen beds, nightstands, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, paper/plastic cups & nescafe instant coffee tubes/creamer/sugar packs, 32" TV, a small table & chair. Bathroom is reasonable: few small cracks on floor tiles, good hot water, bath tub, soap & shampoo dispenser and the towels are clean & nice! But that room was small & did not have a closet to hang clothes. Bathroom door was misaligned very hard to close. Then the toilet keeps running. We reported to the front desk and the gentleman (Miller) arranged & moved us to another room, with clothes hanger rack! This room is spacious & comfortable and look more like the "Deluxe room" pictures I saw and booked for! There is no fridge nor microwave in this room but that's fine & I was happy with it. All the staff members (Adrika, Miller...etc.) are courteous & helpful. This hotel location is good, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, food trucks, supermarkets, Tangram mall, LIRR (to Grand Central, Penn Station, Manhattan...) and also minutes away drive time to Botanical Garden, Billie Jean King Tennis center, Citi Field, Flushing Meadow Corona Park, Unisphere...etc. I am thankful with this stay. It would be even better if water & light breakfast are included.

Location is good since it is in a chinese quarter, very lively, loads of restaurants and not far from the subway. The bed was hard but I found it comfy. All in all it was a good choice for us. They could easily improve some things in the room. We stayed at room 802 and a lot of rain water was leaking from the windows as it rained for a couple.of days. Also, none of the 2 sockets and the 2 bedside lights worked. A light switch on the wall didn't work either. And there were no bedside tables or anywhere to leave your phone when there was plenty of room for it. The microwave in the room could not be used where it was placed since there was no socket nearby, you had to move it elsewhere in order to plug it.
