Flushing Hotel

They hold $100 dollar at check in time. But they didn't said me its a security money or booking.com didn't notify me. That why i paid $100 for security by my card and also paid $126 room rent charge. My security money will be back within 14 days so its a trouble for any customer

The location was fine. The morning staff was helpful. The night staff person was verbally abusive. The morning person said that the night person is very erratic and can even be verbally abusive to other staff. Also the bed was like a water bed.

Nothing. The beds were uncomfortably itchy. The water didn’t get hot. The entire room smelled of old cooking oil. Had to request a lot from the front desk because the standard was not ready and available

I booked online more than 10 days before. When I was checking in, the man in front desk said they forgot to leave me room. He gave me a small room with a single bed and a very small bed against wall instead of I paid for a big bed room. Second day they switched me to another room as I requested. There was a one big bed in. But the room is not clean. I saw hair from other people were left on the pillowcase and floor when I check in, and very bad smell from pillows. At third day, they changed towels but took away my own bath towel. It is different color and quality as theirs. Also, the elevator was not working stable. I had to carry my suitcase and things walking down from 7th floor to 6th to take elevator when the day I checked out. However, rather pay little bit more to get a normally nice placed to staying.

The hotel did the trick. Super close to the subway and tennis and tons of great restaurants and a fun, lively neighborhood. The room was basic but good. I recommend.
