Staff and room were great, the breakfast was very good as well!

The rooms were cool and clean - and even had a real kettle, a bonus for me, since many American chains don't have them. The aircon on a muggy August night was a real boon. The streets are busy and there's no parking at the hotel, but there are a number of lots close by. Even with the proximity to La Guardia the rooms weren't too noisy.

Booked a reservation to attend the My Chemical Romance concert at Citifield! Easy check in with front desk staff. Fresh lemon water offered at reception area, alongside vending machines for snacks and drinks. Surrounding area is perfect, many food and drink options. Shops on every street. Close to the 7 train and LIRR. Rooms were clean, and breakfast is served 7am-10am, very yummy! 10/10 would recommend. Only concern was the shower head being loose, but it worked perfectly!

it’s super close to the 7 line and multiple bus stops. the room was very spacious compared to other new york hotel rooms. there were 2 of us in a single with a queen bed, and there was plenty of room to move around with 2 carry ons. i wish the doors also had a door latch in addition to the lock.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, very cute & nice and clean. Staff was mostly friendly.

Great location for the Flushing Chinatown area, lobby and rooms are clean, and the staff is very good and helpful. Main complaint is the Wifi is poor, very inconsistent and it was better to not use it most of the time. Also some rooms have a fridge and microwave but others do not, noticed this in 2 different rooms on the same floor.

breakfast need to be improved especially for multi culture people, as there was only one option for Asian region. Eggs were also usually cold, no hot milk, only one kind of juice. they can improve the quality and categories as per different countries. the house keeping staff was rude and could not speak English, was very hard to communicate and her behavior was very rude. Hotel Management should work in this segment and customer service standard should be improved

It was clean. It was a basic room They didn’t have a designated spot to park your car to load and unload. It was a walk to the parking garage with luggage or extras.

Very clean and rivals the larger hotels in the area, but more affordable without a gym or pool. The property is well maintained and smells like fresh laundered sheets when you enter your room. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is excellent. I was impressed, many of the smaller store front hotels in the area are nowhere as good as this one, I will definitely recommend and stay here again- thank you to all of the staff!
