Friendly staff

Centrally located in Chinatown. It was a nice, brisk walk to the USTA Tennis facility. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would stay again.

They are very nice to us, close to a lot of good restaurants. Room big and decent for their cheap price.

Basic but comfortable room with all necessities. Staff very businesslike & helpful.

We had a pleasant stay. It is in a walkable area we enjoyed going to the different shops and bakeries.

I have gone back at least 3 times . Everything is excellent and the place is maintained.

Clean, correct hotel. Breakfast is basic, not various. For a long term saying this is a bit boring, because every day has the same few things: Eggs, porridge, and bread. You can't open any window in your room.

There were 16 of us in our group. I was unhappy with the hotel reception staff; the receptionist who attended to us wasn't very polite and didn't smile once while we were waiting to check in. After a long journey, we arrived hoping for a relaxing stay, yet we didn't receive the kind of welcome my friend had described. It will likely be a long time before we return.

Everything was good! I’d probably order breakfast next time… but the staff were really nice.

Very clean and convenient! Bed and pillows were very, very firm. But the room was cozy. Location was great, restaurants, parking and shopping.
