There was no parking at all. I booked 2 double beds for 7 days/6 nights. The rooms were clean but not super clean! The dust was around the lamp. I saw several big footprints still on the floor and the housekeepers always forgot to refill the soap, body wash, hair conditioner and paper towels in these 2 rooms. The shower floor was very slippery and my son fell into the shower. I told them 2 times for different Front Desk staffs and they did not write or record in the report. One of them just said to report to the front desk manager. No further assistance! But the front desk staff were very friendly especially Michael. He did everything he could and answered so many questions and concerns! The two rooms had a good full view of LaGuardia Airport and downtown Manhattan. Our stay was enjoyed and I would book their hotel again when I go to new York.

The breakfast unfortunately was not hot, but edible. Also, serving fruit and oatmeal would be a plus.

This is as basic as you get hotel on a great location and price. Great fit for family and business travelers. If you are looking for something with a mood or vibe - don't. This place is clean and affordable. Horrible for couples hahaha. It's very 90s and the beige on beige color scheme is as bland as bland gets. But hey you get what you pay for.

We took two rooms, both were spotless. all is kept clean and very comfortable. The train is close by so you can get anywhere from there. The area feels safe. nothing

Great hotel, spacious room and bathroom, breakfast better than expected. Nothing really, except for the travel time to Manhattan.

On the first day, soap and shampoo in the room was not refilled after the previous guest and was empty so when we went down to reception to ask, the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge the issue, just handed over a few tiny soap bars and dismissed us by going back on his computer. He ignored me when I asked about the shampoo. On the last day our bathroom door got jammed and one of the guest was locked inside, we called reception, the line is always busy. So when we went down to tell them that someone is locked inside the bathroom (after 10mins) the reception person just gave us a coin and told us to try using it to open the door ourselves, as if it’s a common recurring issue that they already know about. No one offered to come and help and we just had to sort it out ourselves. Service was underwhelming and we paid extra for a rollaway bed that was so uncomfortable that it couldn’t be used.

The hotel provides breakfast, which is amazing cause some places in NY don't open early, plus you have to drive and look for parking. This really helped us with our stay. There is a parking lot across the street for $26 a night but if you willing, you can find street parking. We were lucky to find some. I think it'll be amazing if they do some type of parking vouchers.

THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, COULD NOT SLEEP WITH OVERNIGHT CONSTRUCTION AND THEY WOULD NOT CHANGE MY ROOM. BREAKFAST IS GARBAGE AS WELL, NO FRUITS, PASTRIES WERE NOT FRESH...NEVER AGAIN.

The room was clean but the fridge was broken. I asked twice to fix it and it never got fixed. Don’t recommend
