We had an overnight layover so we stayed here. The outside of the hotel is a little rough but the interior was especially the room was nice. It was great to sleep in the soft, comfortable bed.

Very close to the subway and just 1 stop to the USTA national tennis center. So close that the broadcasters stayed there. Just wish we were allowed to ride the shuttle with them.

I stayed here for 9 days, with a room rate of over $300 per night. Upon checking out, I accidentally left a bag in the room containing some clothing and important items. When I contacted the hotel, I was told nothing was found, and it is highly likely that housekeeping simply threw it away as trash. For a mid-to-high-end hotel, it is extremely disappointing: the housekeeping staff failed to carefully check for left-behind belongings, handled things carelessly, and showed a total lack of initiative to contact a long-term guest.
