Clean room

The shuttle to the airport was on time and made an efficient run to the airport. Staff were responsive at the front desk. However, the AC was so loud, we had to turn it off. The accessible bathroom was good except the water flooded the entire bathroom floor. And, the entrance to the hotel is not at all as presented in the photos.

The location is right at Chinatown Flushing, within walking distance to the various authentic Chinese restaurants, mall, arcade, bakery, dessert. We also enjoyed the spectacular Manhattan sunset skyline.

Family with young children were very comfortable. Staff was very kind and accommodating

Only thing did not like it it’s room are small. We booked double queen room but only one chair inside.

There is no security at all at night no svc desk on duty and absolutely no security guard on duty also construction was horrible that u can hear from next room and ur neighbors

I found cookie crumbs on the bed sheet, which makes me concerned that the bedding may not have been changed after the previous guest. When I pulled back the top sheet, it was heavily wrinkled and did not appear to have been freshly washed. The condition of the sheets, combined with the cookie crumbs, gave the impression that the bed had already been used before my arrival.

TERRIBLE. The pool was under remodeling and not accessible, the outdoor terrace was not available either, there are only two elevators and one was only working, the lines for the elevator. No point of having amenities if you cannot use them. Considering that the amenities were not accessible they should’ve at the very least offered a breakfast voucher. Do not stay here

The room was gross, the comforter had some crud on it, there were no wash cloths, the furniture looked so worn, the hallway carpet was gross, and it was just disgusting.

Staff was great. Surprised when we got there that the breakfast was not included.

The only issue I had was that one of the elevators was out of service. It took about 10 minutes—without exaggeration—to finally get into the one that was working. If you’re traveling with someone who can’t take the stairs, as I was, it becomes a significant inconvenience. Other than that, I had a great stay. For a basic hotel, it’s definitely a solid choice.

So close to La Guardia. 4 blocks from Subway for our last NYC day before flying out. In the middle of China town and so many unique dining options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and quiet. One elevator was out of service but no significant wait times. Limited purchasers for snacks. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very close to Laguardia Airport with free airport shuttle. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was modern, clean and comfortable for my 1 night stay. Chicken n waffles at 3rd floor restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Only concern was really dirty carpets in hallway (first impression when exiting the elevator) and room.

This hotel is nice, the staff are warm and accommodating, the restaurant was good. We only had breakfast so I can't comment on lunch or dinner. The room was nice and clean. The only thing I think needs to be changed are the rugs in the room. That type of rug gets dingy quickly. The view was great. Instead of rushing to stay in Manhattan you should stay at this hotel. You have free airport shuttle and transportation isn't far. I would definitely stay here again.
