Regal Inn & Suites New York LaGuardia Hotel

Everything was on point and convenient for me being able to attend the US open tennis tournament.

The location is convenient but not the cleanest or most up to date.

There was no blanket provided instead, a couple of sheets. The bathroom had pink staining in the tub. If you are looking for a place to stay, sure. But if you'd like a hotel maybe spend the $30 or $40 extra and avoid this.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. When I booked the hotel the price was decent. The room was very clean. However, The WiFi connection was really terrible; there seems to be a time limit for the connection, and I have to login out and reconnect every 30 minutes.

A lot of flies and fruit flys around in my room

No remote in room. Roach crawling on bedside table. Towels looked worn.

The reception staff was very helpful with our parking. Room was minimal but clean and comfortable. Great location to explore flushing and to eat out.

Room is very small, people on the hallway making noisy all night, channels on the tv did not work, wifi is not very good if you are planning to do any type work using the hotel’s WiFi, the area only have Asian restaurants and they put their trash outside everyday so it stinks walking around. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, elevator worked, it got hot shower and air conditioning worked great.

Desk person was very nice and helpful, rooms were maintained nice and tidy. We did find a roach in the bathroom and on our bed while sleeping though unfortunately

Very good clean room great AC

We were 4 in the family, 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was big. but had very very poor lighting. First thing my kids said once we got in the room, "too dark!!" The room had 2 sconce lights ONLY next to the tv, and very warm yellow. Hard to look at things. No lamp next to the bed. No other light anywhere in the room. It was better to go to the bathroom if you need to see something, the bathroom had white light. The room needs hanging hooks and more tables to put things on, rather than putting things on the floor. A small couch would be nice. No bathroom door hooks to hang the towels or clothes. The bed was hard. No thick blanket. Considering we paid at least $250 a night, expected to have better room quality. Walls are thin and can here the people walking and talking on the hallway. Since the hotel is near an airport, you can hear the plane going above at night.

Everything was nice

My hotel stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The room provided air conditioning and staff was friendly. I would recommend.

Location was good, Staff was nice, and it was clean and had what we needed. These are mostly nitpicks as you get what you pay for with the area, but none of the outlets/charging ports above the nightstands on either side of the bed worked in our room so we had to use alternative outlets in the room that were more inconvenient for us. The clicking noise of the AC unit was heard through out the entire stay and made it hard to sleep. Door for the bathroom should open outward not inward as the space inside the bathroom was already pretty tight. Housekeeping did change the sheets and towels in our room at one point but for some reason left one of the old sheets just hanging on the desk chair that was in the room.
