The room was spotless and quiet. The towels were wonderful and fluffy. The breakfast exceeded expectations with many options.. The staff were friendly. The view from our window was over a flat concrete roof with a drain--odd. The front of the hotel is uninviting--there is a generator and many trash barrels.

Close for the US tennis. Room was kept clean with new towels etc. Good airport transfer service. Friendly area around hotel - felt very safe with polite people everywhere. Could have done with some muesli at breakfast?

Location was great for the US Open and Mets Baseball. Staff were friendly and helpful. The noise from plane traffic and activity in the hallways was not the best.

Great value for money! The staff were very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. The location was very convenient for the places we wanted to visit, and the train station was within walking distance. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, which made dining easy. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. value for

We were allowed an early check in at no additional cost which was so helpful for our USopen plans It’s very near LGA so there’s a good amount of plane noise

Nothing O parking had to pay !38 overnight as a local parking garage.Musty smell in the hallways. Bed hard as a rock. Room not very clean.

Location next to the mall and close to ao many restaurant plus only few block away from the subway. Typical city hotel ... noisy but tolerable. Once you sleep you're good.

All the staff is easy to talk to and accommodating to the best of their ability.
