No breakfast. Pay only for parking, had to valet, nothing available nearby. No balcony. The view from the lobby, which is on the top floor, was nice though.

She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her customer service truly stood out! I highly recommend this hotel. It was clean, modern, and conveniently located with a mall right next door and just minutes from Citi Field. On top of that, the entire staff was wonderful. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Was great place to stay for concert at citi field. Was close to subway, making roaming the city easy. Staff was attentive and friendly. Tons of great food. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant, very helpful staff. Hotel is clean and quiet. Easily accessible to surrounding restaurants. Courtesy transportation to airport is a nice touch. Rooftop bar view!

The A/C barely worked. Our room was hot all the time. Other than that, the hotel is fine. Good location.

Room is very clean. Love the bedding and mattress. AC works very well and quiet. We got very good sleep. My kids really like the gym as well.
