It definitely was a nice and quiet stay

The room okay. The carpet felt dirty on bare feet. I did not like that we didn't get room service or the option for room service. The had a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said you would get room service every 3 days, which we were only staying 3 nights - no room service for fresh towels, get our trash, etc. Everywhere else I have been, they offer daily room service if I chose.

Clean and convenient, I got in late and left early, so the short time I was there was clean and comfortable.

This is an inexpensive place to stay that is conveniently located and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

For the price I expected way less than I got. Easily the best sub hundo room Ive rented. The staff was great. The bed was very comfortable.

Great night except this morning there was a loud guest banging on doors at like 730am. But everything was great, the wifi was a little funky but overall great!

The room was nice There was smoking, fights, yelling, noise and no one available to help. It was a scary place so I left a day early.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke SO bad I could barely tolerate it. The pillows on the bed are the size of couch pillows. And the wi-fi didn’t work. I had to call the lobby and let them know of the smell so I didn’t get charged for it.

Rooms were run down and the area wasn’t the safest. When I asked to get refunded one night they refused to make an exception to their calculation policy. Expedia even contacted the property and couldn’t get a refund for my second night. I checked out early due to the poor conditions and had to pay for another night stay somewhere else with no help or compensation from Expedia, Choice Hotels and or hotel.

Desk Associate was awesome!! Very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and I felt very safe at this property. It was quiet and I slept well

This property seems dated but the rooms are remodeled and refreshed. Free breakfast is always a win! Definately worth the stay.

Good value for price. Nice continental breakfast.

We stayed there for four nights. The beds were decently clean, yet the room has a stale smell, the bathroom fan was giving a weed smell for the first night. The staff was friendly and helpful. My recommendation for the management to add more towel drying racks in the bathroom and by the sink; replace stained and dirty mesh office chairs with a smooth surfaced chairs that will be easily to maintain in clean condition; and run the air conditioner on "dry" setting prior the guest's arrival. That all together may help to upgrade the general experience from "Good" to "Very good" or "Excellent". Thank you!

The bed was comfortable and the linens fresh and clean. There was an incident that made me feel uncomfortable and I tried to cancel my reservation and left early. They were not willing to refund my second night.
