Excellent hotel all around. The lobby and rooms are in great condition - it's surprising that the building is about to undergo renovations in late 2026! The front desk and breakfast staff were great. Location is very quiet and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed two other times and went back for 3rd. Location, staff, clean, breakfast. Discount for room problem. 1 free Charger for EV. First room had broken AC so had to switch rooms. Still took a while for 2nd room to cool down. Almost left the hotel out of desperation, but they made it right the next morning.

Hotel is getting older and needs some refreshening. New pillows would be nice as well as some simple maintenance in the room.

Comfortable, quiet, very friendly staff, and convenient. We enjoy staying here while visiting MSU. I've stayed here a few times over the years, and the property could use a fresh up at this point.

One word. Waffles. Potholes on the road it’s on, but that is totally out of the hotels control and I don’t fault them at all

Beautiful hotel, clean room, excellent beds and bedding, updated bath and shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Guests opening outside door from the dining room, and letting cold air inside where people are eating. Very rude.

There was a bug on my sheets. The bathroom had minor cosmetic issues. The coach had a few noticeable stains on the cushions.
