Graduate by Hilton East Lansing

The parking fee is $35/day but not much choice in parking garages near the hotel. After our 6 day stay— the fee added up to over $200+.

Superb

What a fun property to stay at. Great location and fun, eclectic decor. We loved seeing all the different floors. Valet service prompt and easy. Staff friendly and helpful. We loved it.

Great place to stay. Little pricey for during the week and no activities going on.

Very clean!!

Super clean rooms and staff very helpful

Superb

Very upscale accommodations, great downtown restaurants all in walking distance! Perfect in every way!!

Very helpful staff through a power outage!

Beautiful property, love the look and great quality. Prices will definitely go up for weekends and game days.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in 20 years of going to Spartans games. Staff was fantastic, location is fantastic, the bed was fantastic and so on. Fantastic.

Awesome experience! Would book with them again next time I’m there.

Good

Hotel has a great location, good size rooms, confortable bed and good shower The cleaner lady didn’t clean the room for 2 days in a row, so I had to ask to someone bring some towels and take out the trash. Another bad point, I asked the guy at check in time to switch my payment card for another card and he said that he would do it, but then gave me the keys to the room. So when I said that I had not paid yet, he said he charged the first card, even though he was suposed to change my card for another one.

everything was good but the valet parking was a pain hard to pay and took them over 30 minutes to get our car

Exceptional

Ac did not work and had to switch rooms to another room with no AC

The parking for check-in was difficult. There was no where to park to check-in. The valet made me give him my keys to hang on to for the 5 mins then I had to wait for them to be given back. The road/car noise from the 3rd floor room was terrible. They need better sound proofing. We couldn't fall asleep until after 1:00am. It was like there was a reacetrack outside our window. I would highly recommend against staying in room 315 or anywhere near the road. It's unfortunate because the hotel is very nice, the room was large and comfortable, and everything was clean.

We've stayed at the Graduate many time before. Our room not being ready at 4pm check-in was a little surprising. We were given vouchers to the Rock bar which was nice. Cold water faucet made a loud noise and vibration when turned. And we missed out on water cans/bottles in the fridge one day of our stay. After we left a note, it was there the following. Last night we had dogs barking for 2 hours which wasn't ideal. Valet was great. Hotel clean. Rock bar a highlight. Apps very tasty. We'd likely stay again, but with the premium pricing, you'd wouldn't expect any of the mentioned issues.

Excellent hotel
