Convenient location

Room was pretty clean, but there was some unemptied trash from a previous guest, and the coffee area was stained where someone had a spill. But other than that, it was good.

The hotel decor was unique. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We had trouble with the A/C in our room. Maintenance came to look at it before he left for the night, unfortunately, it was still not working properly.

Darnell at the front desk is exceptional. The room, location and overall vibe here are great. A little pricey for off season.

This is seriously a fantastic hotel! There is an amazing bat and restaurant on the roof and the staff is super helpful and friendly!

Wonderful stay!

In room instant coffee is terrible.

The rooms are simply gorgeous, with so many little details like the local zip codes on the bureau. It really feels like someone who knows East Lansing carefully curated each piece for the rooms. There is a great restaurant and coffee shop on site and literally everything you could want within a short walk in downtown EL, including a Biggby Coffee next door. The overall value is extraordinary - for comparison, pricing is comparable or less than the Hampton Inn five minutes away but a FAR more stylish and upscale experience.

Decor Have to use credit card for everything! We are not a cashless society. There are a few of us that like using cash.

We had an amazing stay (as usual) at The Graduate in East Lansing. This is our favorite place to stay when in the area. The room, amenities, and staff are second to none. We look forward to our next trip MSU! GO GREEN!

The bed was so comfortable and firm I had amazing sleep The smell of pets and the refrigerator was not keep items cold... I feel there should be pet friendly rooms then those were no pets are allowed as i am allergic but wanted to experience the stay

Awesome spot

Lot of young people at valet don’t know to drive manual shift car. So had to find public parking and walk back and forth.

Also, the valet staff rose to the top to assist us with our bags, dogs and goodies. Just little help like this goes so very far especially after being in the car for 10+ hours. Keep up the good work all- and thanks for keeping it personal despite being bought out by a huge hotel group.

Everything but the thermostat! Need to be able to control what temp you want. The thermostat...if way to hot then way to cold and cant control... bad deal
