When I got there to check in my rooms he had me pay separately for my two rooms that was booked together I also paid two 100 dollar fees and when I left I didn’t receive my money he never even left a deposit note or whatever it is you guys do when someone pays cash I paid one off the card and one cash also I think he over charged me because when I swiped my card the first time it took the full amount for both rooms so I had to turn around and pay another 196 again how am I going to receive my deposit back other than that that was only issue but nobody wants to travel and get over charged I got over charged when I checked in never have I ever had to pay separately for two rooms that was booked together and I think I was over charged and I didn’t receive my deposit back some was paid in cash and one was paid full off card

I think CSR should be a little personable! When checking out I had left my deposit in cash so I approached the desk to check out and put my key on the counter and the front desk person said your all set so I replied I’m not all set i have a cash deposit to receive ! I’m saying this to say address people look up from the computer!

Breakfast was fine.... Staff and 24hrs access are great. Hot water was quick to arrive in bath and sink. Previous years they had eggs and sausage for breakfast. The pool is quite cloudy and for this reason we lost some diving toys and a set of blue goggles. Tile floors in the rooms are fine (some places have grungy carpets) but the floor was a little sticky. They only had two handicap parking spots. No ability of adjust temperature in the rooms.

The pool had no towel , you can only get 4 towels a day they tv doesn’t work , the staff will follow you ariubd the property , then lick you out after you bring up the problems

Older building overall with some upgrades. Loved that the room floors were tile and not carpet. However, no bathroom fans (sink is outside of bathroom that has shower and toilet), we didn't have hot water for showers our first morning, then they fixed that. AC in one room just ran and blew coolish air, but left room feeling muggy/humid. Other room we had AC blew cold air and had to be turned down when it was cold enough in room. Rooms we were in had no natural light. Very centrally located and area seemed safe.

King bed room was decent size for small hotel Half soaps and etc were empty, very outdated waited half an hour to check in with no one else in line.

Very convenient, breakfast good AC was not in room as expected

Excellent hotel for business Nothing

The pool area was nice The mattress were disgusting. The covers were covered stains or were dirty. Rooms weren't clean. The areas is ghetto.

Location Breakfast was not great very basic

Upon entering, the carpet - although new - was of a texture and combined colors which made it appear dirty and not very clean. That proved false but was the first impression when we entered the back entrance door for our room. Towel rack in bath was broken. Only one washcloth for two people. Sink area small. TV control would not turn tv on or off and limited in channels. Breakfast okay but milk dispenser wouldn't pour until attendant unscrewed top.

Rooms were decent for the price. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Everything worked well in the room A/C TV shower etc

No elevator!!

The property was excellent for the price point, and the pool was very refreshing and clean. The only thing I would have liked to be different was better shampoo in the bathroom

Rate was affordable, staff was very helpful and moved my room when I was next to a large school group of rooms It was noisy

Check-in was easy. Room, and basically the whole place was clean. For me, it was perfect for it's pricing. That said, I couldn't really leave 5 stars because my bathroom ceiling was in the process of falling down, the indoor area with the pool, seating, and hallways were very poorly lit. It's just an old and very dated motel in need of a makeover, and it's hard to give that 5 stars, despite none of those things bothering me personally. I would attempt to stay in this motel every year for Stoopfest because the location is great. Very affordable ride services to and from this motel as it's only 8 minutes away. It's also surrounded by businesses, so if you need pretty much anything, you can get it nearby. Oh, I will note that the place can be loud. The rooms are arranged around the indoor pool, so when the kids wake up and start playing, and when their parents start yelling at them, you will probably not be sleeping in.
