I noticed the issue as soon as the confirmation email arrived (within minutes) and promptly tried to get them to change the date, through Expedia's contact, to October and the said 'NO' without hesitation. It would not have cost them a penny, because I was still getting a room. That is not what I call accommodation. Yes, it was my fault for selecting the wrong date, but contacting you minutes later and such a quick no? Not ideal.

Enjoyed the location to East Lansing for the university location of Michigan State and the hotel gym was great.

Prime location, clean, attractive rooms, delicious, hot breakfast. I didn’t love being charged for parking in an unsecured lot a little further from the building. Otherwise, the hotel has a lot going for it. I’d stay here again for the quality, value, and location.

My stay is always wonderful in this hotel. I have been coming to this for the past year on a regular basis and it never disappoints. I will never stay in another hotel in East Lansing. Wonderful hotel and staffs.

The room was digustin, dirty sheets for pull out couch and refund for the night was not easy to obtain. Still not resolved

Check-in: there was a helpful staff person ready to assist when I walked in at 9:00 p.m. He was very helpful and friendly. Parking: very close and felt secure, even as I walked from my vehicle to the property in the dark Room: smelled fresh/clean the minute I walked in. The room was spotless throughout. Typically in the bathrooms of hotels, there is dirt, hair, discoloration - but in this hotel, there was NONE of that. The room was amazing. The temperature control was fantastic. Hallways/elevators/common areas: The entire hotel was very clean and well-kept Breakfast: AMAZING. There was a large selection, including: oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, pancakes, bacon, waffles, scrambled eggs (not the runny nasty ones - they were very good), muffins/bagels/toast, cereal, mild, juices, coffee, tea - you name it! There was an outside fire-pit, and while it was beautiful and inviting, I did not have the opportunity to enjoy it. (I will next time) Fantastic location! This will be my go-to when I visit the area!

Clean room and hotel. Quick drive to campus. This hotel and the AC hotel connect and share amenities.

Handicap suite was spacious, clean, and easy to move about. Update on the bathtub was needed. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Granddaughters loved the heated, very clean pool. Great breakfast.

Friendly staff Nothing everything was great

The pool is never open although it looks perfectly fine. Stayed here three times all months even a year apart, pool has never worked. I will never stay here again, they allow people to leave their dogs in their room, barking at 7 AM with unsupervised children. If you’re staying here cause your kid goes to MSU and pay 20 to 50 more bucks to stay somewhere else totally worth it.
