Really nice hotel and a nice location. Easy parking but not connected to hotel and is paid. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good and is complimentary. Clean and safe. We went under a tornado warning while there and they tried to get everyone to a safe location.

The room was nice.
-
The most comfortable room I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel.

When we got to our room, it sounded like there was a helicopter landing on the roof and I honestly thought maybe it was a helicopter flying over. It was so loud the bed was vibrating. I waited a minute and it didn't go away. We couldn't figure it out. So finally, I turned off the hvac and realized that was the noise. So I figured I would rather suffer with poor temperature control than be up all night bc of the loud noise. The thing is, it was still very loud because we then realized the neighbors hvac was on as well and it was so loud we could hear it in our room. About eleven o'clock at night, somebody came knocking at our door and trying to get in turning the handle for several minutes, scared the crap out of my son, who asked me to call 911. I was so extremely mad and exhausted for our travels I just didn't do anything about it and hoped for the best. I was expecting so much more for spending what I spent. And this day was worse than any of the red roofs, or quality Inns that I've stayed in. I actually called expedia, and they gave me a one hundred dollar credit. WILL NEVER STAY AT EMBASSY AGAIN.

Check in was great, receptionist helped us find the Ledges in Grand Ledge with maps etc. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff super friendly. Was a great few days.

I like it was close to the business event I was at for two days. The beds were comfortable the breakfast was OK not a lot of choices. water in shower was hot. I didn't like they charged a 14.00 parking fee on top of the room rate. The elevator were very slow. There was a room trash can out in the hallway and still was there when we checked out. Both the night attendant and morning attendant at front desk were not friendly and nice.

The room was very clean and comfortable.
-
Clean room and quite new hotel.

The hotel was located in close proximity to a lot of fast food and other restaurants, stores, and the freeway while maintaining a quiet, out of the way feeling. Everything we could've needed was within distance. Pool and gym were clean and quiet and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Our second floor view was non existent. We could see the roof of the lobby and the tops of trees.

Very clean. Breakfast was good. Parking wasn't the best because you had to walk up stairs and across the way and they charged $14 a day

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving everyone plenty of space to relax after long workdays. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist, helping make our stay seamless. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. It was simple, fresh, and offered enough variety that everyone in our group could find something they enjoyed before heading out for the day. Having breakfast available onsite saved us valuable time each morning. Parking was another major advantage. There was ample, convenient parking, which made coming and going hassle-free for our team. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the university area, local restaurants, and major roads. For business travelers, especially groups with varying needs and schedules, Hyatt House Lansing University Area is a fantastic choice. The combination of comfortable accommodations, friendly service, convenient parking, and a reliable breakfast made our work trip much more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again on future visits to the Lansing area.
