The staff made sure all of my questions were answered and needs met.

Close to casino

Always out first choice to stay when visiting East Lansing/MSU. Friendly front desk staff and rooms that are always clean. Walking distance to campus and downtown area.

Did not enjoy the same suite we received last time and did not know there were 2 different suites. Not impressed

I appreciated the fact that I could bring my puppy. Everyone was nice, the rooms were spotless & I had hoped for more time to enjoy everything. I will definitely return.

I had to add on a dog at the last minute. There was absolutely no problem. Loved having the bar and restaurant right there so we didn’t have to drive. The food was excellent.

Nice place but the person checking us in pushed for us to pay for parking when free street parking was available. Our AC didn’t work and when we told them at check-out and we didn’t sleep well there was no apology. The place was nice and clean though.

The room was spacing clean. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast hit the spot. The location was perfect to visit MSU

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The location is wonderful to get to downtown Lansing or East Lansing. I highly recommend staying here.

We were given a first floor handicap room upon check in. We didn’t need it but it was apparently the only room available. The shower is walk in and meant for someone in a wheelchair or walker. My son took a shower and water ran all over the floor because of the terrible design of the shower. Then someone pulled the fire alarm at 9:40pm so we had to go outside in pajamas. After that, unsupervised girls in the room next to us kept pounding on our door and then running into our room. My husband caught them in the act and told them to stop. They did not. He went to the front desk to let them know unsupervised kids were disturbing guest and apparently they took care of it because the pounding on our door stopped. The pool was way too small and crowded so my son did not want to use it. I realize all of this is somewhat beyond the hotel managements control but the type of crowd and this hotel would warrant us to not recommend it or ever stay here again.

Room was clean, check in was easy, location was good to anything in East Lansing and MSU. Breakfast was good.

Clean up to date rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff. Hotel is located in a newer development. It's part a a single hotel that's double branded so that's weird. The breakfast isn't great if you're trying to eat healthy so just have your own stuff. The gym is one of the best I've seen in a commercial hotel with hammer strength machines, a full cable rack and dumbells up to 50#. Over all nice place to stay, we will return

Very rarely can I say EVERYTHING about a hotel was beyond expectations, but this one surpassed every expectations and reset the bar going forward.
