Very clean, friendly staff and a very nice breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice selection at the breakfast buffet.

The location was wonderful and close to downtown. Very clean and comfy beds! The parking is a bit inconvenient!

The design of the handicapped shower allowed the shower water to leave the shower floor and flood the bathroom floor under the sink. That was my only complaint.

The water pressure in the rooms for the shower and sink was very minimal. The breakfast service was slow at replacing food and coffee. I would not recommend staying here.

Dani the night attendant was phenomenal her customer service is so far above what i was expecting and there was another young lady who saw my mother in law who is terminal with cancer struggling to get around and offered her a wheelchair those 2 ladies deserve an atta girl and a raise

I was staying for work and this was very close. I enjoyed the restaurant Old Bag of Nails being close. I never could take advantage of the loading and unloading zone. There were continually parked cars and that was frustrating. I don’t want to haul all my luggage from the permanent parking lot, up a bunch of stairs and then across a road into a lobby.

The breakfast was not good. Nothing to eat really. Was left feeling hungry.

Each time I stay here the staff is very friendly & helpful. The room I stayed in this visit was a suite so it is very spacious & comfortable. Excellent location as well! Will be back definitely

I noticed the issue as soon as the confirmation email arrived (within minutes) and promptly tried to get them to change the date, through Expedia's contact, to October and the said 'NO' without hesitation. It would not have cost them a penny, because I was still getting a room. That is not what I call accommodation. Yes, it was my fault for selecting the wrong date, but contacting you minutes later and such a quick no? Not ideal.

Enjoyed the location to East Lansing for the university location of Michigan State and the hotel gym was great.

Prime location, clean, attractive rooms, delicious, hot breakfast. I didn’t love being charged for parking in an unsecured lot a little further from the building. Otherwise, the hotel has a lot going for it. I’d stay here again for the quality, value, and location.
