Highly satisfied. The front desk person I checked in with was informative, helpful pleasant it was a very pleasant day. Parking was convenient. It’s in a great location and I will stay there again.

By far, this hotel has the most accommodating staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at - they are AMAZING and truly know what it means to go above and beyond for their guests!!

Great location, central to everything we needed at MSU but also lots of restaurants and amenities around.

Staff were helpful and friendly. My biggest disappointment was the lack of a mini fridge in the room. Most hotels of this caliber provide a mini fridge, and it would have been useful for beverages and snacks.

Facilities and clean rooms WiFi was Horrible. Took me forever to just get to your landing page. Then I tried to upgrade and it said I couldn't. I had to use my mobile hotspot the whole time, just to connect.

The Bartender at the Lobby Bar was fantastic. Helped us pick out a place to have breakfast the next morning and gave us some ideas on places to stop at.

The air conditioning was so loud we could not sleep. The shower kept stopping and could not maintain warm water.

Great location. Parking is in a garage so plan accordingly. Large trucks won’t fit in the hotel garage, but there’s one nearby with more clearance that’s connected with a skybridge. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Location is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a bar crawl with our son who is graduating in May. Check in with Lauren was quick and easy and she was there for check out as well! The location can't be beat for all things MSU, underground parking was convenient and the lobby bar was a great place to gather with kids and their parents! Great stay!
