Hampton Inn East Lansing

Perfect! Loved the scones! The gentleman at the desk was VERY reluctant to honor my reservation because I had accidentally left my ID at home. I had a photo of it on my phone but that wasn't good enough. I asked him to to call his manager which took a long time, and it was agreed that I could have my room, but only because the manager was out of town.

Happy to have a frig and microwave. Would have liked a recycle bin in the room.

Breakfast, electrical outlets and charging station very useful and well placed. Parking was ample. Location is excellent. Friendly staff. Room was nice. Bed was good size for two. Bathroom well stocked with towels and products. Elevator roomy and close by everything.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was so terrible that we checked out after just one night there.

Nothing The price was $290 for a room that didn’t qualify from r $100. Toilet paper holder was rusted out, shower water pooled in the tub and wouldn’t drain, toilet kept running, carpet in halls and rooms were beyond filthy

The breakfast was just amazing, plenty of different choices. The room was very clean, the bathroom was big with plenty of towels and shampoo/conditioner/lotions. I will use them again.

Exceptional

clean, friendly staff, great breakfast options, water bottle fill station.

Staff was amazing

The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. They texted to check on me right after check in to assure everything was ok with my room and again the next day to see if I had any needs with my accommodations. The breakfast attendant was equally helpful, even walking between the tables to make sure our food was to our liking. All in all, very impressed.

nothing; location ok tHIS PLACE WAS A SCAM. NO wash cloths, hand towels, toilet paper, no breakfast; was unclean; general appearance awful; no security at outside door [not locked]W no lighting. we reserved a king room & got a double bed & no adjustment in the price. He wouldn't even reduce the pet price.

Staff was super friendly. The bed was comfy and breakfast had a good selection of foods.

Exceptional

The pool was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. Nothing really

Nothing really

Breakfast was ok. Could have had more selections. I liked that there was oatmeal ready made and not in a package.

microwave

Loved the friendly staff. All amenities are a plus/breakfast is good. Wish they have more turkey sausages rather than pork. Overall- we will definitely come back!

Staff is pleasant Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows are worn and need replacing. The hotel is looking worn.
