Staff was super friendly. The bed was comfy and breakfast had a good selection of foods.
-
Breakfast was ok. Could have had more selections. I liked that there was oatmeal ready made and not in a package.

Loved the friendly staff. All amenities are a plus/breakfast is good. Wish they have more turkey sausages rather than pork. Overall- we will definitely come back!

Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows are worn and need replacing. The hotel is looking worn.
-
Nice hotel. A few dated items in the rooms but should be good after upcoming renovations. Get rid of the low rise toilets

I could find anything I did not like about this location.
-
Multiple items in bathroom were not clean (including soap dish and shower), the toilet repeatedly clogged, found unknown hair attached to the bedding.

Good location. Walking distance to Meijer and dinning options. Staff was helpful took some follow up but they had the baby crib I requested at the room. The rooms and beds were comfty, clean and has good size fridge, microwave, etc. The breakfast was good with fresh eggs, pumpkin waffles, coffee, etc.

Room was beautiful they supplied enough towels for the time I was there Staff was helpful

The noise between floors was very loud as well. Breakfast's main items were not there when we got there during breakfast hours, so we had to wait for several minutes - the staff member said it was one person doing it and that is why. However, other lodging places always had breakfast ready anytime even if one staff member was handling it also, so it was not a positive experience here. Overall, not a good experience, esp. at the price they charged!

My complaints are noise from guest above walking about their room (not the guest’s fault) and air conditioner was too loud. Otherwise a very nice place.

Room seems clean. Daughter said she felt dirt or crumbs under sheet that she did not create. Daughters bed squeaked terrible and she’s only 100 lb. One of the eight total pillows were quality. The pool was closed due to puke. Front desk said “it may open soon, it’s pretty clean” but never opened. Plenty of nice greetings and pleasantries which is fine. Loud sealing, guests above us were heard walking back and forth and our TV was turned way up. Shared wall thin alarm clock fo another guest went on forever and woke us earlier than desired. Breakfast was good. Front desk attendant was apologetic about the pool but that only goes so far when it was the reason we paid for a stay-cation. We were offered to drive to another hotel to use that pool but we found that far less than ideal. Total rating 2/10 from me. I regret staying. It was a disappointment to pay 100 bucks for a room w a pool and have no pool and a crummy bed w awful pillows and a squeaky bed. I’ve stayed in other Hamptons in the last year and this location was far and away the worst. I would not recommend for anyone to use this hotel. We made the most of it but there was little to no value in price or accommodation. We also had terrible rest. We liked the work out space I suppose. I’m trying to mention what was good about it but that’s about it.

Very clean room, super nice staff. The breakfast was top notch (try the lemon or churro flavored waffles, they were outstanding!) It’s a nice quiet hotel and I felt very comfortable there. When I visit my family in East Lansing, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Ive honestly paid less for better hotels. For a Hampton, we expected much better. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, could feel every spring. Very average hotel. Likely wouldnt stay again.

Dawn, the breakfast staff member made the experience wonderful with her welcoming and cheerful disposition. The food was good and warm. The dining area was clean, and comfortable. The food serving area was also tidy.
-
Easy parking and access to various Lansing locations.
-
The price was high for a weekend and when I had one less person no price drop was given
