They had no shampoo in the shower, no clean towels to shower with, our room smelt musty and found out part of our floor (carpet) was soaking wet. The AC was really loud and was constantly kicking on and off!

Nice location, lobby and outside areas nice for groups.

Property was okay. Hotel is run down and not up-kept well. AC struggled throughout the hotel and room for our stay. Stayed five nights and asked for our room to be cleaned after three nights and wasn’t done for our final two nights. Staff was fantastic and very friendly and always had a smile on their faces.

Room was clean and organized, A/C unit was loud and had to have white noise from the TV to sleep

Convenient to shops, restaurants, and the airport.

Lots to do nearby. Would’ve liked to have a hot tub available but that’s a want not a need. This is the best place we’ve stayed all year!

Great location with shopping nearby. Clean rooms, safe environment-excellent breakfast.

The staffs was great but our room 414 was pretty bad. We have bed bugs, coloring in the bedroom walls, bathroom door was slight broken, the carpet under the sofa was rip and dirty, the pull out couch mattress had poop or dirty stain underneath.

Was supposed to have 2 double beds but they sold out of rooms and gave us a king and a pullout couch. Not ideal for 4 people. Bathroom sink leaked water all over sink. A couple of giant bugs in room.

Super clean, comfortable and close to everything. Staff was helpful

This will be our go to place for a staycation. Staff awesome. Breakfast A plus. Clean room.

When I got to my room there bed wasn’t made neatly and there was hair on the desk area and left over food from last visitors stay and no trash bags for the ice or the trash cans

Big room At 9:40 in the morning I heard a little knock then some lady comes in. I said unmmm excuse me. She asked if I was getting ready to check out. Check out wasn’t until 11am. That was so unprofessional and do not knock once and come right on in. Wait until after I leave. I was so shocked as I have never had that happen before

Very responsive with concerns. My AC was making loud noises and they had it fixed the same day. It was all positive
