Dirty washcloths on the top of the shower curtain rod. No shampoo in the dispenser. Toilet wouldn't flush. No coffee in the breakfast room. Front desk staff member was ambivalent. Not worth the price.

Shower had mold in it. Breakfast was good. Great location!

Someone claiming to be the front desk pounded sharply on our door at almost 11Pm when we were in bed, demanded we open the door & threatened to call the police claiming our room wasn't paid for (it was). Very scared, my daughter and I refused to open and called the front desk- they said it actually was them and told us we had to some down and pay. I told them I was in my pajamas, not coming down & had a receipt so if they wanted to see it, they could send someone reasonable up so I could show them. Apparently the problem was something due to their computers being down all day, but it was a horrible, frightening experience, a totally uncalled for reaction by the hotel and absolutely abominable way to treat a guest. We were offered no compensation, but the next day the nice person at the front desk said we could take something from the snack section. Thanks a lot. We passed.

The main floor of the hotel was nice. Our room smelled musty and moldy. You could tell there has been water damage. We didn’t have any towels in our room. When we arrived the systems were down, so we couldn’t officially check in or switch rooms. The sofa bed was nasty as well. The pool Area bathrooms had mold growing all over it.

It was in a good safe location, and I was very satisfied with the service I received, and the room was nice and clean and beautiful. I can’t say that there was anything at all that I could complain about.

Did not like the breakfast Cleanliness of the room and proper Air conditioning

They had no shampoo in the shower, no clean towels to shower with, our room smelt musty and found out part of our floor (carpet) was soaking wet. The AC was really loud and was constantly kicking on and off!

Nice location, lobby and outside areas nice for groups.

Property was okay. Hotel is run down and not up-kept well. AC struggled throughout the hotel and room for our stay. Stayed five nights and asked for our room to be cleaned after three nights and wasn’t done for our final two nights. Staff was fantastic and very friendly and always had a smile on their faces.

Room was clean and organized, A/C unit was loud and had to have white noise from the TV to sleep
